Do NOT eat here!! The owner Charlie is a complete racist.She was absolutely rude to my special needs son who also happens to be asian. I have never seen such a disrespectful and hostile environment. I FELT COMPLETELY UNCOMFORTABLE that we had to leave before she even served us our drinks.Complete disgusting behavior.This woman should be ashamed of herself.Do NOT eat here unless you want ur family harassed by this RACIST!!! And treated like garbage.
Great Burgers, but a very busy place.Had onion rings and fries.Both very good after sending burnt fries back for crispy ones.Hard working waitresses and the owner makes sure you leave happy.Breakfast Burrito wrap was not the best, but stuffing was great.Hash browns were frozen, not from scratch.
I’ve gone back and forth about the rating. The food was great. However, I took my Godmother here for breakfast. She’s 91 and Japanese, as in her late husband met her in Japan when he was stationed there with the US Air Force. The tone and body language of Charley when she told my Godmother, several times, “I can’t understand you” was plain rude. I seriously question if that was because my Godmother is Japanese. I can’t imagine it’s the first senior citizen she has taken an order from. She pretty much ignored us during our entire breakfast — ignored my attempts to get her attention and it was only the other servers who brought us refills, etc. I saw her interact with other customers, obviously regulars, and her demeanor was completely different — she was smiling, a positive tone in her voice, etc. Like I said, the food was very good, but not good enough to endure such treatment again.
Unfortunately I got a terrible vege omelette that was floating in grease and served with burnt hard hash browns. Ended up sick to my stomach for the rest of the day.When I called to let them know I spoke with Charlie who did not give a rip about my experience. I will not go back. Never ever thought this could happen here
