I normally have a good experience I like the food people are normally friendly but today it was bad. I tried to order something and before I could order more than one thing she's giving me my total and telling me to drive around I had to tell her 3 times I'm trying to order more than 1 thing I'm saying I want more than 1 item and then I would order something else and then she would told me out again not giving me a chance to get my full order out then I had to tell her again I'm trying to order more than just this By the 3rd time having to repeat myself I'm trying to order more than a couple items I got fed up and drove away I shouldn't have to sit there and explain that I want more than one item I should deal to tell her
The girl working the counter was so sweet to my daughter and I! It wasn't busy inside bug she kept herself busy tidying everything and just generally providing awesome customer service. We don't live in California, but I can say that I will most definitely try to make it back to this location before leaving state thanks to the wonderful service! Food was good as well, very fresh?
They forgot my burger(the most expensive item in my order)&gave me a bad attitude when I wanted compensation(an upgrade to my burger) for having to come back while the rest of my order got cold..
This is the second time they messed up my order. I paid for Angus burger and chicken sandwich, instead I got two chicken sandwiches. Never again I will go to this place. I paid for something more than what I got...terrible customer service!
I have to say hands down I've never had better service then I did tonight, I always get super good food from this location but honestly, Shout out to the employee that ran out after my car to make sure I had my sauce, he made my night!
Only have 1 cook so they couldn’t make food for 30 minutes cause then cook was on lunch break
My youngest son loves this location. They make the food perfectly, staff are pretty cool.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN’T SERVICE ME AFTER IGNORING ME FOR 5 MINUTES WALKING BACK AND FOURTH PAST ME AT THE COUNTER. THE GUY RA MEIN OR WHATEVER HIS NAME WAS TOLD HE WAS RUNNING THE PLACE AFTER I HAD TO ASK HIMMMM….. AND JUST WAS VERY VERY RUDE TO ME AND HELPED TWO MAN CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF HELPING ME (A BLACK WOMEN). I LEFT BECAUSE THE TWO GUYS WOULDN’T HELP ME AT 3:00pm TODAY.
Sometimes food is “frozen” and cant be made and the wait times are the worst, there will be 1 car infront of you and it will take 20-30 mins to actually get your order.
