Went here yesterday morning to grab my toddler and other child a biscuit meal to share. Biscuit sandwich was so old that it was hard as a rock! My kids could not eat it at all. I didn’t even have time to turn around to try and get a new one we were on the go and had to be somewhere in time. I saw her grab it and place it into the bag she obviously didn’t care because you could clearly tell it was hard and had been sitting there just by holding it wrapped up! Never again with this place!!
Came here at the drive thru half an hour before close. Nobody answered. Drove around, saw two employees still in the building. No signs posted anywhere on the building or drive thru saying "our hours have changed" or anything. I get that places have been understaffed lately, but a simple sign saying so would suffice. Otherwise, I'm wasting my time and gas coming out here to watch employees futz around an ostensibly open Carls Jr without so much as a "sorry we're closed."
People have no respect for people's food they box or wrap up. You can't go to any fast food anymore and get a good employee.
They were extremely busy, so I'm not going to ding them for that. And I think that there were a few newbies, which I love to see because that means they are working! People were very nice, even after not being treated well by a previous cranky pants customer. Not five stars only because the sides were not filled and the taco salad (green burrito) was awful. But that's a preference thing so...
Friendly service and the food was fresh. As expected from Carl's Jr.

I like that place. Good burgers. Good shakes. Good fries. One time I ordered a chocolate cake and they forgot to bag it. In fact, I cant tell you how many times they got my order wrong. But I might have been unlucky. Either way the food and service is good
Got one of the Chicken Sandwich and Double Cheeseburger box deal things. Food was warm and tasted good enough for a fast food place. No NFC mobile payments through the drive-thru.
This place can't even make a burger correctly how you asked for it.. this is probably the third time they've screwed up I just won't go to this location anymore .. i make it simple for you and the cook makes it complicated .. cold food too.. 1 star for lazyness .. every other Carl's Jr is better than this one
