I ordered a small unsweet tea with xtra ice and I got a medium unsweet tea with almost no ice, my drink was warm. I also ordered cheesy tots but apparently they were out AGAIN. Why even offer them on the menu if they are out all the time. I ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. I got mozzarella sticks that were dry and had a white powder looking substance on the outside crust. And I received no marinara sauce. They were disgusting so I ate one and threw the rest out. If this is how the restaurant operates I can see it going out of business soon. Also you might want to fix the drive thru operators equipment because I had to repeat my order 4 times because the guy couldn’t hear me and then a girl had to take over the order.

Worst Burger King ever. My mother and I went thru the drive thru. Nobody else in the drive thru. Ordered a couple meals and a Hershey pie. They asked us to park in front even though nobody else was in the drive thru. We waited out front for 15 min for our meals and they finally came out cold and they forgot the pie. I tell the guy they forgot the pie. He goes back in and says there is no more pies. And I tell him give me a milkshake. Then another guy comes out with the pie. I’m like wth. Then the rude manager comes out and begins to be rude to my mother when she asked for the receipt. That’s when I step in and now me and the manager are in a shouting match. This is something that never should happen going through the drive thru. Will never go here again

Me and my mom just went here not even 15mn ago, the guy working the window and drive through was super pushy and wanting us to order as soon as we got to the ordering area, kept asking if we were ready like 5 times in a 2mn span. We get up to the window had to wait 10mn and no one was Infront of us the car that was behind us kept honking as we were waiting for our food. Then we finally get our food the French fries were very over cooked it was like chewing on a rock and there was no salt.At least my dog enjoyed the French fries... I work in a food industry and I know my restaurant would never allow that type of service or how the food was....

Slow af everytime I come to this location. They got serious issues DO NOT WASTE YOUR time waited 10 minutes in drive thru with one car ahead

Fast service, the food was really good. Definitely no complaints about this locations drive through, the staff was friendly and our order was correct and prompt.

Ordered a large Bacon King meal, no catsup on the burger, with a Dr Pepper. Pulled up to the window and was handed a small. Told the person serving that I ordered a large, but was.told she would have to void and re-run eveything. Nevermind I told her...ill just take the small. Asked if they made sure, no catsup...she asked someone in the kitchen and assured me none. Got home, opened bag...catsup all over burger(pretty sure it was.extra catsup). Fries were overcooked and cold...and to top it off....diet effing coke. Whole thing went in the trash and a made a.sandwich......ill make the extra drive to Folsom next time.

Just after 9 pm tonight, I came through here on my way home only to find the drive thru blocked off. I parked my car and went to the door and it was locked. There was a sweet kid in the lobby cleaning up, and he came over to the door and said that they were just cleaning up, and it would be a little bit. I said, " Is the drive thru not open?" He said he wasn't sure, so, with a smile on my face, very much understanding, I asked if he knew how much longer it would be. I've worked fast food before, being a manager of a McDonald's 20 years ago, plus I'm still management today in the mortgage and finance industry, i know what customers can be like, so I always do my best to treat everybody kindly. The manager came to the door. I smiled sweetly and kindly and asked if she knew how much longer the drive-through would be closed. with an attitude on her face and in her voice, she snapped at me, telling me about people being on breaks and the kid in the lobby being new and he does not know how to make orders, like i was being demanding or rude. I was nothing but kind, even after she went off on me. I waited about 10 min because i do like their food, but i finally gave up. Not worth being treated like i was and still leave hungry. I doubt I will come back to this location, even though it's by my house. Sad, really.. If I could give zero stars, I would. I feel bad for that sweet kid in the lobby to have to deal with an attitude from his manager. Not a good example to give a young man trying to come up in this world.

Horrible customer service, lack of attention to the customer...almost like they had no idea how to handle someone actually coming inside. Person that was making the shakes would look at us but do nothing. If they don't want people coming into the restaurant then something should be posted on the door. I filed a complaint with the corporate office due to the way we we were treated.

1st time back to try since the recent remodel. A major improvement on service & food quality. Had Bacon Dbl King. It was really flavorful & I could taste the seasoning. I hope management & employees will continue this nice trend. I will be back!

They spent thousands of dollars to redo this Burger King so I thought I would give it another chance and of course they messed my order up. Why spend all that money to redo your building just to rehire garbage employees who do not care about their Job. I give it a year till this place looks like trash again with the employees they keep on staff.
