Went to get a Whopper tonight and you were out of Whooper Patties. How does the “Home of the Whopper” run out if Whopper Patties. Where is undercover boss when you need them ???
I love Burger King... but that store I do not recommend...
This is the most unprofessional fast food place I’ve ever seen. Rude and purposefully slow, the staff here seem burdened by customers and if you door dash as an order or as a driver - this place is just risky business. Best to go find another one

Over 20 minutes in drive thru only to get shorted a sandwich and two others made wrong. Horrible service.
Ordered a whopper and a sprite. The sprite tasted terrible. The burger was terrible as well.
This burger king is absolutely awful. First the person taking our order says "welcome to McDonald's " The wait is ridiculous and food is garbage. Went there tonight order 30 bucks worth of food. 2 whoppers with cheese and bacon, fries, onion rings, poppers and mozzarella sticks. Whoppers were cold, cheese not melted, no mayo tomatoes onions or pickles just lettuce and almost no ketchup. Mozzarella sticks cold and hard as rocks, tried to call twice, nobody answers, some generic voice-mail asks you to leave a message for god knows who. Avoid this place like the plague.
I was craving fries. Placed order online before I ran an errand. Finished errand and thought I would just swoop by and pick up my fries I had ordered 15 minutes ago.No one greeted me on entry. Had to yell to tell the workers I was here to pick up my order of fries. Waited in Resturaunt for 20 minutes for my order (placed online 15 ahead of time) of fries. While waiting, I saw a worker drop cup on the floor and put it back in the clean cup stack. Total wait time for an order of fries placed on the app = 35 minutes.
Waited in drive thru for over 15 min and when I got to the speaker the rude employee running the drive thru told me that they were closed. I said that I had been waiting here for over 15 min you are not going to wait on me she said I am sorry that isnt her fault and they were closed and to have a good night so we went to the door to get corporate number and the manager on duty opened the door and said he would get it for us but the rude employee from the drive thru came and locked the door and said Bye so my husband knocked on door again to ask about the corporate number and the employees said they would call the cops. RUDE EMPLOYEES DONT EAT HERE...
Ordered 2 Whoppers, fries and drinks. One of them, I ordered plain, (add mayo, light lettuce, extra onions and pickles. I checked to see if burgers were marked with a special order, they were, so I went home. Fries were DEAD and cold. Both burgers were WRONG. This isn't the first time either. Not going to this one anymore.
