I have been coming to betos for 6 years now, I can't believe I never left them a review. This place is amazing, the food is great and the people are great, although cooking takes some time you know your meal will be fresh and cooked just for you. They really put their hearts into the food they serve and they treat their guests like family. I am always greeted by my first name and always asked how things are going which makes the experience worth it time and time again, even on my worst days a trip to betos can brighten it.I started coming here years ago because I lived with roommates who left the kitchen dirty and I knew I could always come to betos for a fresh meal. I appreciate you guys, your staff is amazing and hard working folks and I always can count on you guys for a great burrito! ?
Terrible customer service, my grandfather had to repeat the order about 3 times before she understood. Then she told him that he only ordered 3 tacos when he didn’t even say three, then on arrival to the window we got asked our order again the man in the front was nice and polite. When the women was in the front she had the most nastiest look on her face!! When we got our food it was the exactly opposite of what we asked we repeated our order once again, they had to take it back, it took about two minutes before they brought it back so I’m assuming they switched something around and didn’t make anything new. Do not recommend!!!!!!!
I’m big on Customer Service but the lady who took our order and gave us our food was very cold. And not very friendly at all. Like she was in a bad mood and not having a good day! I almost left as soon as they rushed me while taking my order. And I wish I had.I ordered the guacamole on the side. It was the nastiest guacamole I have ever seen. It was watery and looked like a sauce not like guacamole at all. And had no flavor!!!!I also ordered a side of sour cream. This was liquid and looked like milk when it goes bad. I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. If I wasn’t so tired I would have taken it back. It went in the trash. I don’t know how much I paid for the sour cream. As I did not receive a receipt. :(It comes in the smallest container ever.Now to the food. I got rolled tacos. They were the smallest rolled tacos with barely any meat all shell. With no flavor.The beans that were included on the plate were also runny and flavorless. The rice had a nice consistency but it was also flavorless.The food was hot so it was cooked fresh! But I will not go back because of the terrible customer service. And the quality of the food and condiments. I love going to family owned places. But was definitely disappointed.
Tonight for dinner, my mother asked for extra guacamole and Pico De Gallo. These 2 items were over $10.00 and were both very watery and the guacamole had NO flavor at all. You couldn't have eaten the Guacamole with a fork - you would have to use a spoon.....or a straw. It went straight into the garbage disposal.Even worse than the high priced, watery, tasteless condiments is the "woman" that owns this place with her husband. She is the most hateful, miserable, nasty, rude person that we have encountered in many years!!!!!I actually feel really bad for the poor ( Nice ) man that pledged to spend forever with this beast!!!!! I hope he drinks.....and drinks A LOT - no one could possibly survive that without copious amounts of alcohol!!!!About he food......... Honestly, that doesn't matter 1 bit - if it were the absolute best food we had ever eaten - it would not be worth giving that woman another cent and the opportunity to mistreat my mother again.Panchito Mexican Restaurant right down the street has wonderful staff and great food!!!!
I hated to select 1 star, but it is the only way I could post this review. This "restaurant", I say this in jest, deserves a MINUS 100. I had a horrible experience with an older, extremely rude woman, who should never work with the public!! The food wasn't much better either. I had guacamole that was so watered down I wondered if there was any avacado in it at all. I will never go back there. Be warned!!
Friendly staff, tasty food, and quick! I had the rolled tacos with rice and beans and that was some of the best Spanish rice I’ve ever had. So tasty! $16 for my meal and a veg burrito. Not bad at all.

Dining room is closed due to the pandemic but the drive through is open. I have been a few times for the vegetarian burrito and it is a favorite of mine now. Price is not cheap but not expensive either. I can recommend the veggie burrito for sure.
(3.5) food was good. We had rolled tacos, street tacos and a side of beans. Would definitely eat there again but I didn't like that I couldn't swap sour cream for guac and had to pay for it. There plate selection was just ok. You usually can get a rolled tacos combo player at most places. The other plate combinations were just not for me. Food was straight though. Is go again if I was in the area.
I live in the area and this is one of the best Mexican joints I've ever been to. But to be completely honest, I've never actually been in the place. I've only been thru the drive thru. But every time I go there the food is great and the service is wonderful.
