Oscar I do believe his name was, was so ON POINT with his service with us. Everything came out quick & Just how we ordered it. No hiccups At All. We had a Really good experience eating out this time! I hope when we decide to go back, that we catch him on his shift so he can be our waiter again? Oscar, if you're ready this, Thank You, we appreciated it SO much.
I've been to this location twice. Once when it was newer and now recent and I will tell you this, it has declined!Had Shrimp n parmesan Sirloin and food wasn't bad, just wasn't great. Steak and potatoes were luke warm. The house salad was good but the salad came out in a bowl with the ranch container sitting on the salad..just gross to have dinnerware on food.I asked upon arrival if they had white rice and was told yes at first. Bartender Sarah M came back & informed me that in fact they didn't have white rice but had 2 other kinds of rice. I asked to taste a cilantro style before I ordered & she walked around for 10 minutes before coming back to tell me her manager said no I couldn't taste it as it was already portioned out?? Not sure what thats about but I just had potatoes.I'm adding pictures of the bar area, NOTE the ice cream box lid was open the entire time I was there and the bartender had stacks n stacks of glasses and dishes sitting there..she constantly went in back and brought out new glasses instead of running the washer...it wasn't that busy..weird?Probably won't come back to this location
Incredible, kind and funny service. Clean environment. Don't order the chesty waffle fries appetizers..SALTY!!! Blech!! The cheese burger was cooked perfectly. Quesadilla burger was surprisingly scrumptious. We will go back to this particular location.
All in all a very interesting experience. Me and my husband decided on Applebees after rustling with a few choices. My husband ordered a double shot from the bar with a coke, to which he then had to ask for another double shot by itself, seeing how his drink had less than a shot in it. I ordered the salmon, while he had the four cheese mac and cheese & honey pepper chicken tenders. My food was excellent, my his on the other hand was cold. Like it had been sitting out for a while. We couldn't understand how my food was hot and seemed fresh, and his was not. We shared my food and he sent his back. The first thing the waitress asked "do you want me to reheat it?" We never mentioned the food being cold, but it's funny that, that was the first thing she mentioned, because that was the problem. The whole experience was just odd. Also, my his first drink was over flowing as the waitress was bringing it to the table. She sat it down, still over flowing, and my husband cleaned up the messed with one of the two napkins we had. She never offered us anymore napkins, nor did she ever attempt to clean up the mess on the table. We will not be coming back. My drink was also watered down.

They don't serve the Brunch burger meal no more..went here again after a long time not eating here.. I went with my cousin & twin sis & chose a different meal & I thought it was alright..forgot to tell them to take the bacon out of the mac pasta with the honey chicken tenders. Looked good, but nope, wasn't my favorite. But I do like Applebee's tho.
Forgot to take pictures of the food and drinks, but the perfect berry margarita was exactly that.. perfect! The food was delicious, the steak was cooked exactly how I wanted it and everything was seasoned so well that I didn't even need to add anything to it. Every single bite was delicious and the service matched the meal. The overall experience will have me coming back again!
Boy something was off in the kitchen that night. We both ordered 1/2 rack ribs, Mac n cheese and broccoli. The broccoli was good! Ribs were dry so they just slathered on more sauce to cover up that dryness. Doesn't work, ribs should fall off the bone, not have to be cut off or knawed off. Mac n cheese had no flavor. We did mention it to the waitress who went and spoke to the manager and they discounted the meal. The couple next to us complained also about the chicken being rubbery. Not a good night. Hope it improves!
It was not that busy and we waited 25 minutes for our food. The french fries were stale, the chicken Alfredo was dry(not enough sauce), and the fried shrimp were not that fresh. I had to ask twice for my son's dessert and after I got the check it took 20 minutes for them to ring me out. I will never go back
Food is great, the server was patient with me and my big family. However we had to wait 20 to 30 minutes to get served right before we got our tables.
