Yes granted it is a Mexican restaurant, not everyone speaks Mexican. This is America, primary language is English, therefore you should have someone fluent in English to work the drive-through window. I couldn't understand what she was saying, and she couldn't understand me. Luckily there was no one behind me so I backed out and drive away
It has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. My favorite item is the super carne asada burrito.
Came the other night around 8pm ordered a carne asada burrito ? the burrito was cold & the carne asada was salty. I wouldn't come back to this location whatsoever. The red or green sauce had no taste. The girl at the drive thru was nice. Outside of that I'd pass.
The burrito in the combo plate I ordered was so salty. So salty, it seemed intentional!! I also ordered and paid for chips and salsa. When I returned for a burrito substitute the employee wanted to give me back the same rice and beans. At this point I asked for a full refund, and only got back money for the combo plate. I will never come here again. Horrible food and service.
went through the drive-through and ordered one ground beef supreme burrito. One ground beef crunchy taco asked to wrap it separately so it would get soft by the time I got home, and a ground beef enchilada and charge me $26 I asked why it cost so much and she said because of tax got home the taco and the enchiladas were wrong kind of meat. Called to complain About how specific I was on ordering my meal and got something totally different. The same girl that took my order hung up on me twice so then I went in to the restaurant myself nobody spoke English so then I was directed on the telephone with the manager which she refunded me $10 not even a half of what the meal cost me and I didn’t eat the beans or the rice. This is my second time that I was let down by this place. If you plan on eating this Make sure you check what’s in your bag before you leave lesson learned.
Love everything this place makes. Try the steak eggs and potatoes breakfast burrito, the chicken burrito, and their mango drink...fire
Been coming here about 10 or 12 years on and off. (Live out of state) they always have the same great customer service. And the food quality is still great, while some places quality have gone down in the area.
I always get a burrito and I always leave happy. Portion is still the right size and flavors are solid with the hot sauce. I miss the fire grilled dark hot sauce but what's left is good too.
