I'm sitting in the mobile order parking waiting for my drive thru order... You can't go inside the restaurant even though the rest of the world has gone back to normal. $15 for 2 root beer floats and a 6-piece nugget ? and it's not even remotely fast...Won't be back. Ever.
The fries were good. Burger tasted cheap.
Poor customer service I asked a lady for a price check and she simply said the menu is right in front of u and u can look. kindly went inside and the manager already had a bad attitude wen I walked in and just started going off before I could even said anything the. I asked her how much something was and she tried to say we just got new menus so we don’t knw how much it is wen can clearly look it up on the computer and delete it works experience ever

Great food and service but they are always out of something. All too often they are out of A&W root beer. Seriously, it's ridiculous.
I don't know why I come here they are always out of soda . The girl at the window needs a hearing aide I had to repeat my order 3 times got here around 12:20pm on Wednesday every time I have visited your establishment there hasn't been any root beer maybe your not ordering enough ingredients so your employees can make it?

Just left the drive thru came home and found this! A piece of chicken that appears to have been taken out of the trash!! The lady ringing my families order up was very rude and rushed us. I don’t want a replaced chicken! I don’t trust that place!
I have pike up order and I’m waiting on my car more than 45 minutes when I try to call them to ask about my order they hang off the phone while I’m taking and I got my order I asked her why did you do that? she told me you don’t have to call and she left me .. Really this store has bad customer service I have ever seen.
Love the famous bowl. Great mix in one east container.
