Restaurant smelled like feces and was very dirty, my food was cold when I got it and to make matters worse I got bread that was as hard as a rock !!! They are very understaffed and slow (one girl making AND taking 5 orders at once)I love wingstop but would NOT recommend going to THIS location. At least the ranch was good ?
Just moments from closing and was refused to take an order. I have been in other places when I came in to order food and wasn't denied to place an order.
I was a walk-in and they said my order was going to take 18 minutes mind you it wasn’t busy and we ended up getting it 30 minutes later and the table was super stinky and the. After we got our food we politely asked for some splines and she said “ we don’t have napkins” so we said “ok” we started to leave after we walked out the door one of the grouchy employees took her arms up giving attitude for no reason and then the other employee came out with napkins to clean the table ?
Workers were polite ? and food was amazing.!! The manager Christina was professional and curtious with the questions I had regarding my order
Wingstop should hire more employees. I feel sorry for the guys working here.. it can get very busy and there are not enough employees to give good quality service.
My food was perfect i enjoyed it very much, the crew member that attended me with the durag was very very friendly he is very professional and does his job very well he even took my food to my car for me, this man deserves a raise, made my day.
Poor customer service need some more training. Walked in for an order, come to find out it was thrown out or given away. Bunch of kids standing around clueless

This was the worst service. Ordered online. Order was wrong. Rose said to come back next day. Well we tried and the girl told us our online receipt wasnt good enough. So we did not get our order fixed. Worst ever.
I never got to catch one of the worker’s names, but he was a very tall gentleman & he might have had small braids. Anyways, he was very sweet and had the best customer service ever. He made sure I was taken care of. I never got to say thank you because he had left before I did, so I hope he sees this. He really made my day. Thank you.
