I might be biased (because I like wendy’s a lot, am not a picky eater, and am a pretty frequent customer), but I like this location, the staff is nice, and the food is consistent. Sometimes, the wait times can be long during the lunch/dinner rush, but an alternative is using the wendys app and ordering curbside/takeout beforehand to get some discount deals. P.S. Treat your service workers with love and respect! They feed us and they always deal with difficult/picky eaters on the daily!

This place is ridiculous. The store is closed for dining in, but on the windows, it is clearly said please call for mobile order, which is what I have. The man picked up the phone said I have to go through drive through. What is the point of mobile order and I still have to stand in line for the drive thru to pick up my order. I will never visit this stupid Wendy again. Poor management and bad service.

Each time I've come it's been a very long wait inside and out. I tried ordering each time online but the first time I ordered,I did it for dining room pick up. I waited 25 minutes, then watched a young lady come up and bump 6 names off of the screen that said the orders were ready. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes and saw they were calling other people's orders that were ordering at the register after I and 5 other people were waiting. Finally had to say something and she had to find the recipes for all of those orders. That was another 15 min for "fast food". All I ordered was chicken nuggets and a medium fry.Each time after that it's been chaos and long waits. I'm a very patient person so for me to take time to make this comment means it was excessive. I don't know about their staffing concerns,but customer service needs to be enhanced. The line look like "in and out".It seems like there's confusion with the mobile ordering system and the employees. I hope they fix their service levels.

Terrible COVID curbside service.. Had to wait 30 minutes for mobile order pick up. Use the 6 car rule. If 6 cars in the drive thru better ţo go inside.

Wow I was waiting on my car to go trow drive thru more 15 minutes. I call the store some lady answer the don't said her but I told her the I been Waiting more then 15 minutes on line she reply back to me sorry but we have two new employees. Wendy's company needs to train managers better and employees. Time is money for several customers and plus the dinning in was closed at 4pm

This is the slowest drive-thru I have ever been in, plus no courtesy from the people taking your order to apologize for long wait or even thanking you for your order. I saw a guy walk out with 2 cardboard boxes 3 times instead of being inside helping speed up the process. SMH.

Sadly I must say - do not go here to eat a chicken sandwich. Dry, flat, cold. Period. The staff was rushed, disjointed, and frankly stupid. To make a long story very short I requested everything but pickles on the sandwich. After getting it wrong twice the sandwich maker gave me a bun with condiments and no chicken. She said I thought you said everything except chicken. Whaaat? When she did get it right the chicken made, the chicken breast was cold, flat, dry and terrible!!! The restaurant was so cold we had to sit by the fireplace to keep our hands warm. It was a regretfully sad experience. I used to LOVE Wendy’s chicken sandwiches more than chick-fil-a !! Never ever again. I could have picked anywhere else since it was Veterans Day and I Chose this even without a discount. Doubly regretful! The restaurant is run down and leadership is super bad.

Normally I have had exceptional customer service at this location. They've bent over backwards to accommodate the special requests of my family. But the effects of not having everybody go back to work expose itself at this Wendy's. Obviously they're scraping at the bottom of the barrel to get people to come work and Aaron was an example of that today.

We usually go to Jack in the Box but the last two times the food was stale. We ate Wendy’s and it was made fresh and hot. Very delicious food. We will be eating there more often when we want good fast food.

I usually use mobile ordering here and I love how quick and easy it is. Rewards program is great. There's never any problems with my orders, and the food is always tasty. Only issue I've had is receiving semi-warm chicken nuggets, they weren't as hot as I'd like them to be so when I arrived home they were practically cold.
