Everything you're looking for all on tap! Chill vibes great service

Third Avenue Alehouse is the perfect spot to meet with friends and enjoy a few drinks. They offer a great selection of craft beers and wine. The atmosphere is laid back and the staff is great and knowledgeable. Don't miss the back patio for some sunshine while you sip. The craft beer menu has a good mix of beers to choose from. This visit I decided to try the apple pomegranate cider from Turquoise Barn Cider. It was amazing!! First round I had on tap and when I came back later that day (yup I had to return for another pour) the keg was tapped out. Luckily they had some bottles in their fridge so I picked up two one to drink there and one to take home for later ?. You will not be disappointed by this place. Stop by and try something new. Cheers ?

Great selection on draft! Always excited to find a place that has several non-IPA options, and 3rd Ave has that. The service was also excellent and very personal (shout out to Will!). The backyard patio had heaters next to each table that worked very well to keep off the February chill. The only setback--and I know this is a very personal preference--is that the board games that I was anticipating being available are no longer offered to the extent that they apparently were pre-COVID restrictions. I'll definitely be back, though, and with Will's blessing that I am welcome to bring my own games with me for my group.

Enjoy the brew here. Great place on 3rd ave in the Chula Vista Village. Weekend vise here is alright. Food truck in the front on the regular.

great beer selection, chill atmosphere great prices. great staff knowledgeable and very friendly.

Great beer selection! Always enjoy hang here with my friends.

awesome taproom in a great location. Friendly staff that's happy to give recommendations. Out back seating, I think they had around 15 taps? mostly really good California beers on! They also have limited bottles and cans to go, including some hard to find stuff! They sell hot dogs, and you can also bring in food if that's not your jam. I'll absolutely be going back!

Usually around 30 beers on tap. Sometimes with a few ciders mixed in. Bottles and cans also available, but the selection's not nearly as wide as what's on draft. Some wines as well, available as a glass or a bottle. Good prices, decent seating, great bartenders. Probably the most consistently good bar on 3rd. Not much in the way of food, but what they have is solid.

The place offers a large variety of fresh food. I love eating here. The employees are always very welcoming, pricing is affordable and the spot is always clean.

Craft beer. Always a great welcome from the bartenders and they are knowledgeable in the menu. Highly recommend.
