Thee best salt and pepper chicken in the world. From the moment you get it you will smell the freshness and steam coming from these delicious chicken wangs. With one bite the crunch is heard around the world and the flavor just bursts with excitement. Did I mention the crunch? Follow that up with the honey walnut shrimp and you can just pass away and go to heaven on how good this food is.

This Chinese food is the best that I've found in San Diego, and it's all about the salt-and-pepper chicken wings, magnolia beef and shrimp fried rice. This restaurant is located in Chula Vista In the same business center as planned parenthood and wing stop. All food is prepared fresh to order. The salt n pepper wings are packed with flavor, lots of the garlic salt n pepper, and green onion to sprinkle on top of ur bites and VERY very crispy! Perfect.. Some people say that Royal Mandarin is still better but I have nothing to complain about with this food! Inside and outside dining available. Plenty of parking.
Ordered Orange Chicken, Fried shrimp noodles, & 4 egg rolls for $38 not including tipPre-ordered on Memorial Day & it was extremely dry. The chicken was stiff & overcooked. Disappointed? The flavor was really good though, would not pay $38 for it again, I'd rather drive to a better location
The food was great. Even after a few hours later. I work in the states, but live down near Ensenada. My wife wanted Chinese food. It was the only place open late. We had it the next day for lunch.
The different types of vegetables that I got with my vegetable and noodles was incredible. The portions were huge and the food tasted really good
Salt n pepper calamari was excellent. They make their own boba beads. Curry chicken ? was truly amazing. Sesame red bean balls are very good . Worth the drive.

I'd give it a 4.5 if I could, because the food is a tad better than our usual place. We had a family dinner for the four of us and it was way too much food, but plenty of leftovers. The orange chicken was especially delicious. I assume the service was slower because the food was cooked fresh. However, appetizers should arrive at the beginning; ours arrived well into the meal, though before the last entree was brought.
