Had their breakfast chorizo torta and it was so nasty and plain that I had to warn people not to order it on here ? Also the quesadilla didn't have any cheese. I was absolutely starving so I tried to force myself to eat it, but couldn't finish it and was with my mom so didn't want to complain to the staff who werent very attentive (i did tell the staff who was busy on her phone and she didnt really care lol)? and I didn't even eat dinner last night ? would not recommend especially for that price.
This place started good.. and has become GREAT in the past 12 months or so. Delicious al pastor meat that's not fatty/chewy. Great sauces. Try the cali burrito with al pastor meat l!

I asked "what do you mean you don't know? You're the one who entered the charge." He responded again "I don't know". I asked a third time, "How did you decide to charge me extra and how did you decide the amount?" And he responded again "I don't know".WHAT A JOKEUPDATE: Went back to the restaurant today and the cashier confronted me about my review wanting to clarify what happened. He denied my review and said he “didn’t know” why I wasn’t charged extra for previous requests. He then pointed at me and yelled at the kitchen staff “he’s the guy that posted the review!”.Man… way to go from bad to worse!
I’ve never had a problem the couple times I’ve been here but that was also a pick up order. Today I ordered delivery and after waiting so long bc “their Internet was down and didn’t receive my order” I finally got my food, it’s cold, disgusting (like they just threw old meat and soggy cilantro in my burrito), and I’m furious. Wish I could get my money back. Gave it to husband bc his stomach is like a garbage disposal. I don’t even wanna order by pick up anymore.. two stars bc the quesadillas look decent even tho they were thrown in the box on top of eachother like trash
California burrito without fries and horchata. Both good and fresh. Not the best of either I’ve ever had but good nonetheless.
Their meat is tender and savory especially in their California burrito and all that. Their shrimp tacos was much goodness. Parking out front of the establishment is scarce and on busy days it can take some effort to find a parking spot.
? no star for this establishment. Daniella the cashier needs to be properly trained on how to talk to customers. Yes she can repeat what you have ordered but her communication skills sucks. I tried to be patient because I know its a busy Friday night. She says she will put me on hold for a second and then puts me on hold for 10 minutes. She then asked for my credit card to confirm payment but then hangs up on me. At the end of my call she says my order is ready in 15 minutes. This girl does not bother to ask my Name or phone number. Just awful service. I told her nevermind. At the end she charges my card when I told her I want a refund.
I went here a couple of days ago to try something new here in Chula Vista and wanted Tacos. When I ordered my food and for take out and went home to eat their was hair in my food. When I called the restaurant to complain the female said so nonchalant “Oh it was me, I forgot to put my hair net on.” She offered for me to come back and get a replacement, but I was so disgusted I figured the other food was tainted. I got a refund back, but it was not for the whole order that I did not eat. I will never go there again.
