These are the rudest people I have experienced in a long time. I went in and ordered my food to go. After I swiped my card the guy said "wait outside please" I thought I misheard him and then when confirmed, I asked for my money back to cancel my order. Literally a second later he said my order was ready. I want fresh food and good service. If I wanted a premade roll I would go to Ralph's, which I ended up doing. It didn't look that clean either. I left without even getting my money or taking the food. RUDE RUDE RUDE...
Sushi fried rolls I buy here taste pretty good, especially the Jalapeño roll, it's my go to with some chicken fried rice or the fire roll, it lives up to it's name. Sure makes your mouth feel like its on fire. The exception is when they over fry the rice, which makes it taste a bit burnt. The line and wait time is also a downside, sometimes a small order as mines can take 30-40 minutes when ordering on the phone. Longest it's taken is an hour, but the employee apologized for the inconvenience and tried to make up for it. Haven't tried dining in because the place is so small and crowded but it's definitely worth the 20 minute drive from home, plus the prices are pretty reasonable.
This is the best sushi place I've ever been to and I've never had to pay n arm and a leg here. The family owned business is very clean and the workers are very nice and respectful. If your looking for a great sushi place then sushi house is where you want to be. I highly recommend this place. Enjoy!
My husband and I have tried almost every sushi place we could find. Our biggest problem is finding a sushi restaurant that can give you high quality, fresh handmade rolls that aren't overwhelmed by the flavors of sauces and other seasonings. And we also enjoy being able to frequent these restaurants without breaking the bank. In our experience, many sushi restaurants try to be trendy by creating these fancy Gucci rolls that are just too complicated and the flavors don't layer very well. But this place is conveniently close to our house and the service is excellent. It's checks all our boxes. We highly recommend you try Sushi House! The TJ rolls was excellent!! ?
The sushi is less expensive than most places with comparable fish. It is delicious and good quality considering the price. I've been going here for about 5 years and the staff never disappoint.
Been here several times and I have to say the food is alright, definitely nothing to brag about. But when it comes to service they lack professionalism and attentiveness, especially the manager. Today I called to place and order and he tried to scold me on how to do that, no courtesy whatsoever on his part, so of course I cancel it. He always acts like if he is doing you a favor by serving you. If he is so busy maybe he shouldn't pick up the phone to take more orders and concentrate on good service instead. Not going there again that's for sure!.
Bland food and overpriced.I do not know what is worse, flavorless food or the fact that so many people pay good money for flavorless food.Only liked the veggie tempura (but the dipping broth is flavorless) and wakame.
Do not waste your time, money or palate on this terrible place. Who has ever heard of deep fried sushi? The wait staff is rude. The food is garbage and Everything taste rancid.
Save your money. While this restaurant charges a lot less than most sushi places there is a reason.First rolls have no taste and every roll taste the same even though they might look different. If you dine in, you’re served in Foam plates, no cups and service is not that great not terrible but not good. I rather pay a little more to get delicious food and good service. Thumbs down for me.
Came here before everyone and their mom wants to come and eat (around 2:40). No wait time to dine in on a Sunday which was nice. Food was delicious ? and service was good. I saw that on the reviews people complained about the service and quality of food but I guess that can be affected depending on how busy they are… Idk ??♀️Also, I’m happy to see that their prices are still reasonable/affordable and didn’t go up like many other places.
