Only one employee and looks like they run the business like that. Most of the time cause the comments section is about the same. Being waiting for 20 min ....

Order online and order was wrong, and not even on time.
Why are they inside serving another customer with the doors locked? Great job guys. Door says closed at 10 pm but you close before 7pm? Both customer and cashier yelled it out the door from the counter.
Got excited , walked in and no one is in there. Instead of greeting or starting my order, they only work on online orders, and don’t say hi I’ll be right with you. There was three different orders, only one person working, and I’m sitting there until I realized she had another online order and just decided to leave. Seems like if you order online they get it wrong, you go inside and they are only working on online orders, this place is a joke
Don’t order online if you want anything extra (avocados, bacon, etc.). You will never get it added and they will take your money. This happened to me too many times. I reported it and just got a “sorry” and no refund or compensation. DON’T ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE!
Went in late at night, only one employee was working. Really nice gentleman helped me with my order of 6 sandwiches which he got done fast and neatly. He was very nice and was still also able to help incoming customers while making my order. Really appreciated that and made my experience easy breezy
Online & phone weren't working so we walked in procured 4 different great footlong sandwiches had a fabulous lunch with dear friends reminiscing my wife's passing 1 year ago
I made the order online and when I got home my sandwich was cold when I asked for it to be toasted I don’t think they pay attention to the online orders.
The employee burnt my sandwich and when I ordered a meal they only gave me chips
