The DT is always busy and wait times are usually long. The only time you might get lucky with a 3- 5 min wait is M-F from 7am-9am. That's when they usually have enough people working on the floor, other than that, it takes a while unless it happens to be slow. It is the only DT in the area, so that's just unfortunate, they need to open another one. And the store hrs say open at 4:30am, but that's for DT, not inside. The lobby opens an hour later every day. And on Sunday the DT is open 5:30am, so 6:30 am for the lobby. The store needs to update the hrs sign outside so customers get accurate times & stop getting upset. Drinks are good, anything with vanilla sweet cream Cold foam is good :)
My go to Starbucks when I need some extra caffeine. It can be busy at times but usually they are pretty fast.
More often than not, I come to this location and they mess up my drink. Today, I asked for a iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and not sure what I got besides a cup of ice. It's really annoying when I spend $6 x 2 each time I go for my drink to not only be ruined, but mostly ice. There are plenty of other locations in the are, do yourself a favor and avoid this one!!!
Let me say this for the rest of us, it’s kind of weird that this Has to be said but hopefully somebody who works there will read this and educate everybody else. Nobody wants to come spend $30 on breakfast sandwiches and not get one single napkin in their bag??? Also it would be wonderful if you’d stop putting feta wraps standing straight up in the bag… They bend in half and all the obvious things that you would think that would happen happen every time you put a breakfast in emerge standing straight up the top melts down.
I order the same drink once a day sometimes twice a day. The shots are always burnt and the oatmilk is not filled to the top. It is always under the top line. After a long drove through wait then driving away with a horrible drink is just disappointing. I avoid this location; they're consistently inconsistent with the way they make drinks. Walking into the store to have a re-made drink is just too much work. I'd rather walk in another location that will make drinks correctly.
The drive through line is always super long and in an awkward spot, you can't order inside and to do a mobile order you need an account but can't use a gift card on the mobile order. Just an inconvenient starbucks for those on the go.

We had a delicious eggs and sausage muffin and our favorite cream cheese pumpkin muffins, with hot cocoa. The cashier was really nice and friendly with your little ones. I forgot to get her name
The service at this location is terrible, I ordered one drink, after watching multiple people that ordered after myself receive their orders and a twenty minute wait I respectfully mentioned I had been waiting a long time. I was told they were working on mine next. The barista made two more drinks for people that ordered after me. After waiting over 25 minutes for my order I decided to leave without it, figured it's better than blowing my top.
Please turn down the music inside. It's way too loud. The music should be ambient noise and not overpower my noise cancelling headphones with my own music blasting. I brought my friend to this place to get some work done and we had to keep repeating ourselves because of the music. Also, the cashiers mess up my order frequently despite how simple I keep it. One shot of espresso on ice. A few days ago they forgot the ice. The next day they accidentally made it a double espresso. I thought the cashiers were inept, but it's not their fault they have to take orders through that stupid loud music. And if I'm wearing a mask it makes it even more difficult for them to hear. Turn. Down. The. Music. It's awful, and everyone sitting inside has their own headphones on anyway. I would rate this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the music. It's that bad.
