Staff was really friendly immediately upon arrival. Spacious interior (much bigger than it looks from the street)… great for a spot to stop for a treat and get some work done.
they never fill up my 6.55 coffe or they never got the order correctly in what you pay for extra . As i’m not the only one that this happens too. If you the manager from there is seeing this check your employees and take care o of your customers which they already work hard for their money to just throw it away like that .
I always order at this Starbucks location never had a problem, until today when i was simply asking a question and had a coupon for a free reusable cup. Some girl who works here with a septum piercing was rude as heck and seem to have an attitude. I never encountered a barista with such attitude & I’m sure she’s a manager too I’m guessing. Didn’t get my cup and you should not be working at Starbucks with an attitude. Besides that all other employees have been awesome
I usually come to this location and is last time I'm coming here . I ordered through my phone I when to pick it up and get a seat and when I came it was close and the lady came out and give me my order and not even told me anything and she seem as having a attitude.
Ordered online. When I arrived only the drive-thru was open. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my order. If you can't service your customers right.. shut down the online service.
Always friendly staff. Drive thru is convenient.
This is one of the slowest starbucks, they always have a long line at the drive thru, upon getting off & going inside I realized the employees are just standing around talking to each other and gossiping with the manager sitting in the middle of the store. I've counted 6 employees & 1 manager working in the dining room instead of assisting customers inline. This manager needs to be educated on perception. I'm sure it's her first leadership role; Lemme go ahead & inform You- Instead of checking your employees covid tests upon walking in without even letting them clock in shouting across the store "Show me your covid proof"
Ordered an extra hot drink , received no sleeve , parking is HORRIBLE, staff non friendly.
Love the coffee, little strong but get's me going. I need to go at least once a week
Ordered a venti, got a grande. Told the employee and she said they rang it up as a grande but my total didn’t reflect a grande.. I paid for a venti. Was in a rush so I couldn’t confirm on their end plus she wasn’t going to remake it “because we rang it up as a venti”
