We ordered via Phone app and picked up our coffee At this location appears that this Starbucks is set up only for to-go. My wife and I badly needed to use the restroom but the door was blocked. I asked if I could use the restroom. I was told it's for employees only. I spoke to manager Maria in vain. I was not given access to the restroom. I have not seen this happen to me at any of the other Starbucks. Shame on you Maria, that is not good customer service.
To walk in the store it is closed with no reasoning why. Then there is a long line.

For a drink of hot chocolate is close to $5. Just taste sweet and nothing special about it

I do not like to leave negative comments on google, but today was just ridiculous. I went to Starbucks and got my usual order, my cup was not even half of the vanilla sweet cream I ask for. Last time I came I got into an argument with this girl; she is short, dark hair, I can not remember her name but she was just arguing with me in regards of the amount of vanilla sweet cream I wanted since the barley put any in my coffee, best believe I will not give away my money anymore, if you do not like your job or if it is coming out of your pocket I get it but her professionalism was not there. Never coming here again, for me it was just convenience since I work down the street but oh well.
Today 11/10/21 worst experience ever! I asked for hot chocolate and barista said is hot, I tasted it again and I said is not hot...another employee came and said is hot (he did not even taste the chocolate) bad customer service, I request my refund at least he did...how ever I have to speak louder to take care of me.....bad! bad! hopefully you can train better this new employees
