I ordered Carmel macchiato and chai tea and it came out nasty I requested hot the coffee was so strong and the chai tea was like coffee. The female who made it was so new and not familiar of what is she is doing can’t even get the right size of lid. After all they don’t have a cup holder. She needed more training and assistance from her partner. It is a Mother’s Day the Carmel macchiato was for my spouse.. Not a good place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. No more second chance to have it morning coffee and tea.

One of my favorite coffee spots in the Otay Ranch area. Every time I stop at this Starbucks I always have friendly service and great recommendations from the staff for new coffees and meals that go for lunch. I definitely recommend this Starbucks coffee shop or stop to anyone in the local area. It’s absolutely awesome.
