The drinks take entirely too long to come out. I ordered my drink at 8:40 at 8:40 and just left it there because it wasn't ready by 855 and I had an appointment by 9. I ordered it through the mobile app expecting it to be faster. I just let the company keep my money because because the app doesn't give you the option to cancel your order or ask for refund
Messed up my drinks twice, will not be coming back
Staff was nice but SUPER SLOW ! They had 5 people working and they still manage to take over 10 mins to get my complete order out with barely any people in the store. In fact, they completely forgot 1 item out of 3 ! A simple caramel Frappuccino. Even after I asked for my drink (asked if my Caramel FRAPPUCCINO was ready) they still ended up giving me an Iced drink instead. Will not be back :( I've seen 2 Starbucks batistas work more efficently.
