Not our morning here! Asked the Barista to help me as I couldn’t remember name of a drink; asked it to be pink non-dairy and instead got a strawberry refresher. Ordered bacon guoda and first came without bacon; reorder was ice cold.
I don't know what it is lately Starbucks employees giving me Smalls when I asked for a larg .yes I didn't say the right name of the size but when I say large twice to you and you say the name of the small I'm assuming that is a large

The usual morning stop to be able to function. Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Jacky and Janelle! These two ladies are not only very delightful but are consistent with my orders and have the best customer service. Jacky and Janelle are very hard working and deserve recognition! Keep it up ladies, mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino.
Come here every morning and thought this review is way long overdue. Jacky is just the highlight you can tell she is hard working and has the disposition to get the job done, which is something I can’t say for the rest of the crew there (everyone else seems to be horsing around or on the phone, probably on tik tok, how original....) all while delivering great customer service. If you want good service ask for jacky and her coffe is always better compared to everyone else. I hope corporate recognizes Jacky for the amazing supervisor she is and gives her a bonus she runs that store! Literally!!
