They were busy and they still gave our orders fast and correct.

Terrible customer service, the baristas didn’t know how to make anything, and we had to remind them to make a drink twice. Our only help was Jonathan.
Love my Vanilla Bean. As I was going in Starbucks, I took a very serious fall on both knees and palms on some rocks. There was 2 very nice ladies who helped me. I am already very sore.

It's 9:12pm as of posting this. 6 minutes I walked to the door and it was locked. Hours state 9:30pm. Three workers ignored me. I used to work at Subway and I get it. Last minute orders suck but i just wanted to ask if it wasnt asking too much if i could get a hot chocolate to go. But instead, they ignored me like I was a beggar or something at their door. Still operating hours and if they just gave me a chance, i wasnt going to ask for a difficult order... Welp, definitely not coming here again and it'd be nice if other customers with this same issue in the future be vocal and give a 1 star to this location. Thanks in advance
We try to avoid this Starbucks, service is usually slow & not very clean.
Very unorganized. Had favorite customers who got there drinks ahead of others in line. Waited 25 minutes for my drink while the people behind me got their drinks. The personnel was Interrupt by every customer there. It was hard for them to concentrate.

There was a guy working here and he was so helpful. There was a new drink that I was thinking about trying and I asked him his opinion, he told me that the drink wasn't very good and recommended a different drink I had never tried but was amazing.
