Red Lobster is a nationally recognized chain claiming they serve fresh seafood. Based on my experience, their service and quality of food does not align with their mission as a restaurant. The salmon, lobster, and rice were not seasoned and tasted bland. The biscuits were too salty. The vegetables were burnt. Overall, the foods did not taste fresh.
Everything is good, I’ll will give them 5 stars if the lobsters and pasta are not so salty.
I've got nothing to complain about, I love it, took my mom here and she loved it, dishes are pretty decent, great flavors, good prices I spent about $85 plus tips for my mom and myself and we even ordered pizza appetizer, service is good, the inside looks clean, it has a good environment, I mean it's not loud or anything, the drinks were super good too. ?I would definitely go back again!
Really good food, amazingly delicious and really good serving size.Cons: way way too long of a wait, nonalcoholic drinks took forever, extra limes took forever, food took forever, server was lagging on items, and ordered sirloin medium and was mushy dark red rare, had to ask several times for butter, several times for lemons, several times for refill. To be fair, the food taste-wise was good but the service was trash
Food was great and service was awesome
Open table reservations for red Lobster is not an actual reservation. Hostess said it is only to be placed on a waitlist. To make an actual reservation you must call
Food & waitress excellent. However, my problem is with Red Lobster's communication with Open Table regarding the reservation. They responded to Open Table with a cancelled reservation. Not true! Spoke to manager Cassandra of Chula Vista Red Lobster location she refused to provide any help whatsoever and frankly was quite rude. I question the protocol between Red Lobster and Open Table. This is the second time I have had problems with credit for completing a reservation at this Red Lobster. If using Open Table with Red Lobster due diligence Red Lobster's protocol.

The impression that takes very bad. We arrived 5 minutes before and I told them that I had a reservation at Open table, the manager told me: I'm sorry, you'll have to wait at least half an hour because we are very busy. And we wait 45 minutes. Thanks
