Went there on a Saturday with the family, party of 7, for lunch maybe an hour after the place opened. Right when we walked in, the first thing I noticed was the smell of wood fire and pepperoni!! Our server, Fernando, was there very promptly with a great attitude and a genuinely warm introduction. We loaded up on drinks and started with some appetizers. The cheese bread was like a large cheese pizza; it was exactly what my youngest was looking for. The Campania was absolutely delicious and crispy in the corners! The beet salad and rustic salad were both beautiful and delicious with so many fresh ingredients. We ordered a few different pizzas but the best was the tomato pie, not the best name but good toppings. Our server was attentive, helpful and so friendly, such a treat nowadays! Fernando was definitely diligent about pre bussing our table and keeping our drinks fresh. Such a good experience and a nice restaurant with good pizza!! I would definitely recommend.
Some of the most friendly staff I’ve met, and you quickly notice the genuine love for what they do. The food was of course our favorite part, and the price is competetive with other italian restaurants in downtown. This was some of the best italian food I have had in a while, and considering the quality and service there is no other place that we’ve gone to for that price.
The place was crowded when we went around 5pm but the kitchen was good at bringing the food out. We got the meatballs and the cheesy garlic bread for appetizers, cacio crema with chicken and pizza for our main dish. The appetizers were very delicious. The Alfredo fettuccine was good as well. Everything was good no complaints.
Not that outstanding, I didn't feel like I was taken care of. And the food and beverage where normal. It's kind of expensive for what they give.I feel like the waiter maybe was profiling us, he went and had everything for other tables right away or asking how they were doing, but never to us.
Amazingly delicious! Can’t wait to go back! From Boston?
They have changed the cheese on their pizzas. It is so chewy, it’s terrible. They had a good thing going, but not anymore.
Really excellent food and good service. Both the pesto pizza and the foccacia appetizer were great and the prices were reasonable for the quality and amount of food.
Excellent food, Excellent Service. Great experience. We started our meal with apps Buffalo bites and doughballs, continue with a basic saled (so fresh) and finished with a San Miguel Pizza. Lets not forget its also a wine bar. Chianti is the best for your pizza. My daugther enjoyed a kids size Alfredo pasta, and there are other kids choices. We will be back!!
We had a gluten free Diavola pizza, a Classic pizza, and a lasagna. All was delicious, came pretty quickly, and our server Paul was awesome, we were seriously impressed with him. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and polite.(02/06/22, 4pm)
I always order their pizza and they are consistently delicious, whether it's dine in or take out. During our last visit, our server was Brian. He was very polite, respectful and friendly. The staff are very attentive. The service was fast but I didn't feel rushed. I really enjoyed my meal ... and I got a free decadent dessert, from a coupon I got in the mail. That's another plus. I/We will be back! I highly recommend Pizzo's.
