We order a sandwich that taste like chemicals on it i return it and ask for a new sandwich, the second sandwich i feel like they did it on purpose with a lot of extra mayo and dressing all over even on the wrap. I spoke with Chris (the manager) and he only told me that theres not much thst he can do and if i don't like the sandwich that thats my problem, poor guy he hot very low experience on customer service and he better get another job if he can't manage something so easy
I have been going there for years...today I had a bad experience...first of all you shouldn't have someone taking the orders inside who can't speak English well plus the mask doesn't help...I don't think my order was that difficult...I said ONE Deli turkey sandwich with avocado on one half only and white cheddar cheese....pretty plain right?...I get my order and it's a half sandwich! Now I have to put in an order for the other half....I was UPSET!!!
The food is fresh, and the staff is friendly; but I frequently get the wrong orders. Yesterday, I went there to get half a salad and a whole bowl of soup. I was delighted to see that the Ten Vegetable Soup was finally back on the menu and ordered that. However, I received a bowl of barely warm French Onion Soup! Just a few days ago, I ordered a whole Greek Salad, my favorite. I was given a strange dressing -- bright green, definitely not Greek dressing -- that clashed horribly with the salad spices. I didn't discover this until I was at home so had to deal with it. They have good food, but need more attention to order accuracy.
Our real estate office is close to this Panera! The drive through is the best for a quick lunch pick up. The catering for our office meetings is always a crowd pleaser. Favorites; Turkey BLT & Broccoli Cheddar Soup YUM!!! Oh and the pastries are ALL fresh & delicious.
Ordered at the kiosk and waited. After my order showed up as ready I went to the pickup counter but the lady couldn't find my order and had to ask an associate for help. After a few minutes she found my order which was in a big bag right in front of her. We got home and found that 1 of our order was missing. We had to drive back and let them know we're missing an item. It's not like we ordered a big batch. It was only 2 bowls, a pizza and salad. How hard was that?!
Their best sandwich (and they only have a couple good ones), the ‘chicken chipotle avocado melt’ is not available. They are slow at the drive trough, extremely slow for pickup, do not answer the phone and charge an arm and a leg for their products.I kept going because it was convenient on the way back from picking up my daughter at school and I loved that sandwich. Now it’s not worth the hassle at all and actually feels like a joke.
Great breakfast choices. I just tried their breakfast wrap. something like a healthy breakfast burrito.

Good service. I showed up early for my food. The drive thru was not busy, and they kindly explained I was early. We laughed and they brought the food to my car. Food was amazing.
They rarely get their orders right. Every time I use the drive up something is missing or they give me the wrong sandwich. They have a phone number but every time I call it rings for a long time and than it hangs up on me. Very bad management. Maybe they are trying to save money by cutting corners.
