We have not ordered from Panera in some time. Decided to order some sandwiches for dinner on 7/7/22. For the price we were sorely disappointed. Wrong bread for my sandwich, husbands sandwich was soggy and tiny and they forgot the yogurts that came with the three kids meals we ordered. Will not be returning! Zero stars would not recommend.
every time i order something is missing...missing item or ingredients...plus they take forever to give you the order ...it has been a while that something is missing but ok... however, last time I ordered chicken noodle soup and I got just hot water...no chicken...no noodles no carrot nothing...just water...and I ordered together with chicken cesar salad....ingot just lettuce...no cheese no chicken no dressing....don't order from this location...the are gettting worse every day..
Never really had a problem here before but today my soup was cold, my sandwich was soggy. I was forced to order from a kiosk after standing at the counter for several minutes and several workers just walking past me. I mean I get it, but I also work in the service industry and having to basically do everything yourself defeats the purpose of enjoying a meal out. The dining room was disgusting. The table I sat at was filthy but the only one available and while COVID is still a thing, sitting at a dirty table makes me uncomfortable. I have always loved Panera for their healthier options and environment but based on this experience I'm not sure I'll return to one again.
I have ordered Panera from this location twicethrough door dash and added the baguette. Both times I called Panera right after placing the order to ask them to put butter in the bag since there is no where to type it in the order notes and for some reason it's not automatic included. Both times they assured me they would and didn't :( very disappointing especially since I'm at work and don't have access to butter. If your not going to do....don't promise it.
I have been eating at this location since 2006/2007, to date, it's still as great as ever, I'm glad to see staff doesn't change, in the sense that they're still friendly and polite and patient (I have 3 indecisive kids now lol). Food is always great, I don't think I have come to a bad experience ordering or getting anything bad or to complain about.
My Mom had never been so I take her and there was no soup:( but the manager Michael and his crew were pleasant and hooked us up. My Mom enjoyed her 1st panera experience. Our food came out good, no issues and we enjoyed our lunch...I think the cashiers name was Cesar....he was pleasant and helpful even with all my mom's questions. This panera location knows how to treat a customer!!
Yummy healthy breakfast. Service has always been pleasant. Free wifi, w/easy access to outlets ?for ? working/studying.
I regret not Panera Bread! The Panera Bread were fire . Great service ! All smiles and so helpful . Took my mom and she loved it too ! Panera Bread was I see why they have a wait . Go early and beat the crowd. Worth it.
Love the broccoli cheddar cheese soup ? ?! Nobody make that soup like Panera Delicious!???
Ate in restaurant and than I order something to go. And waited 30 minutes for a tomato soup. I kept asking one of the girls in the kitchen about my food and she insisted that I had to wait for a buzzer to go off. Finally U saw a bag that was sitting on the counter for a while and asked if it was mine and she insisted that it wasn't!+ I picked it up and saw my name on it and replied to her that it was my bag!! She tried to make an excuse and I said I told you and walked out!! I knew that 30 minutes was to long
