DONT EAT HERE! food was super undercooked. Everyone was leaving do to poor quality food and many people had refunds while we were there. Not only that but a nearby customer found hair in there food. Just horrible. Customer service was worse then the food. They told us to throw our food away and they charged us for our drinks even though we didn't touch our food. It felt like they did that out of spite.
Been here twice and both with the same type of visit. Drive thru line was long however the wait was very short. They got cars in and out in a timely matter as I received my food shortly after paying.Food wise, this is your typical Panda Express Chinese food. You either like it or you don't. I get the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. My girl likes the Beijing beef. Portions are good here also, would recommend if you're in the area and want some Panda.
Last night I picked up dinner for my daughter's at this location. I was serviced by Daniella. She was amazing from start to finish for the small amount of minutes that I was there. Not only was she professional, she was kind, friendly and held a beautiful smile. She gave more than what we expected and I appreciate the experience. She was a beautiful example of appreciating the customer and the way she did her job was amazing. Thank you Daniella!
Food is good but customer service is terrible. Placed order online and but didn’t get it till like 15 minutes after the given pick up time. Informed an employee I was here and they took my name but didn’t help at all. It was only until a manager came out that they gave me my food which had actually been sitting on their table all along.
No dine in right now. Drive thru ONLY. No hours posted. 10am no chow mien or rice available. Everyone had to wait 15 minutes.
Hey Googler’s! Well who doesn’t like Chinese!? It’s chine-easy! I ordered the two item combo , and chose half and half noodles and steamed vegetables, with orange chicken and kung pow chicken. I heard that the Kung Pow chicken is made from ninja chickens, who were sent to relieve Panda’s corporate office of their well guarded recipe’s! Obviously, this office is very well guarded…..The ragons are fresh! But come with packs of sweet and sour? Really? Cheap! This writer are you how disappointed I am that panda? It’s so dead set on saving pennies? That they will serve you packets of sweet-and-sour instead of the normal high capsule that your used to getting. Don’t get cheap on us now Panda! You’ve raised the cost of your plates by at least 15%! We should get hot sides of dip!The noodles are almost right. A little over done. But not enough that I don’t order them every time. The orange chicken? Delicious! But, where are the large pieces??You wanna save money Panda? Then give something! Not take away. You will find the money coming to you! And switch it up with the ninja chickens! Mix in samurai chickens!Well Googlers? That’s it for now!Hi-yah!!
AWFUL ? I had to wait 30 min for an order I placed on the app that was supposed to be ready since before I arrived. Get asked by 4 different people name on my order, to then do nothing. Then I get “we are waiting for chow mein”, really!! For 30 min the 5 cooks there could not get it done. Not coming back.
I've never complained about this restaurant but Today beside taking ForEver in line! I got only broccoli for Super Greens and onion and red peppers instead of Black Pepper Angus Steak...BAD BAD BAD BAD FOR THE SERVICE. If they don't have any just don't offer it.
Popular place, the drive thru was very busy. Had to repeat our order three times, half the soda dispensers were out and they ran out of paper napkins. Be lucky I gave it two stars.
The food was very disappointing tonight, overall not good enough to finish so it’ll be thrown away. The rice and Beijing beef (not fresh and dry) was mediocre. But the orange chicken on the flip side was good.
