Miguel is awesome has great customer service! give this man a raise! even at midnight when you should be exhausted he has a smile on his face thanks miguel!!!
They aren't very friendly.the line is always long and my fries where not even half the box.
First the happy meals (2) were missing the chicken McNuggets, then told them unsweetened tea, I got sweetened tea and the bathrooms are closed till further notice. While waiting for the McNuggets the lady that was originally in front of us had to come back in and get her order corrected also.They want your money but no service and no bathrooms. I will not return.
I would have given them 5 starts but they forgot a give me a few items at the drive thru. Next time please do a bag check before giving it to the customers and I should do the same before I leave.
Horrible , don’t come here they always mess up your order and give you what they want to give you im order to make it a fast service. But horrible service from the management as well

Well", for what for , to begin with, found out that they don't take EBT cards don't know why? Because the place was almost empty! Hardly any customers! Even the creamers were going bad! This is the one on Palomar and medical center! Plus I just came out of the hospital and had two flat tires and went down to the Chevron gas station on that plazas and I was stranded with a flat tire and I'm veteran plus being the end of the month I I was short of money couldn't get nothing around there to fix my tire and on top of that, the security guy got and told to leave even though that explained what my problem was he still incist an giving me a citation but I managed to leave the area! There is no consideration for people no more! Even though that you are a customer, they don't care about nobody just want your money and they boot you out of there in a heart beat!
I give this McDonald's a 1star due to the fact that I get all the way home and they shorted me a ?. All 3 orders of fries were cold and soggy. How is it that there is a line of cars, which indicate that you are busy and I get soggy ?. I live 3min from this place. McDonald's you guys have to do better. If I pay for 5 ?'s, I want 5 ?'s.
The place was a mess. We had to clean our own table in order to eat here. Terrible service. Probably won't eat here again.
