I live down the street from this place and this is the second time they mess up our order , they forget to put our products we buy and pay for so it's not free!!! and the fries were all lumpy and soggy when I asked them I wanted fresh fries with no salt ,I guess I will not be going there again for any food .and remember the combos and food prices have gone up.
Never again went thru the drive thru on Saturday ordered at the drive thru window at 9:30;got my order at 10:29 I only ordered 4 Mcdoubles and 2 fries.. The girl at the window didn't apologize for the wait or anything. Gave me my bag and ofcourse cold food!!!! I was so exhausted that I just asked if I could at least have fresh fries because they were cold not even warm cold!!!! The burgers were cold and disgusting but I didn't feel like waiting for them to make new ones. I'm done with McDonald's never again.
Possibly the worst drive through experience I've been through (experienced twice within the last month, with both having similar experiences). I ordered my food ahead of time on the McD mobile app, and once we arrived, selected the drive thru pick up option. We proceed to wait an hour (timed, a literal hour) in the drive thru line, with each car in front of us taking 10 minutes or more to pay and get their food. And i know it's not an issue of preparing the food, as once we got to the window and finally received our food, it was cold!! And that was after we waited another 5 minutes at the window after giving them our order code and restating our exact order. I'm not sure what's slowing down the process at this McDonald's, but I'm never going back there again, and am honestly surprised corporate is allowing this to continue consistently at this location
I end up having to repeat my order four times a white American girl English speaking proficient in the English language is taking the order and it comes out wrong.I asked for a combo I just got home items are missing I'm just going to go to Jack In The box next time
Went through the drive through and wanted to use their app. Gave the gentleman my code # and when I wanted to order from there deal menu he asked for a code again & I told him that there was no code. We went back and forth 4 to 5 times with the same thing himwantinga code & me reading all that was there, but NO CODE. He was not helpful nor was customers friendly, very unprofessional. You could tell by his response he was not there to tolerate not help out the customer.
Two times in a row! I ordered an only-mayo cheeseburger and once again my burger came with everything. Where is the listening part to your customer service?
Using the App was very easy. Food was delivered Quick.. Hot and correct.
No napkins, no straws, no sauces, and the cherry on top would be the undercooked raw meat inside the quarter pounders! Beware you could potential get food poisoning!! Don’t eat here it’s just not worth it. Gross
What is going on?? After waiting in line to order, we had to wait in the parking lot for this poor girl walking around with bags of food, looking for their rightful owners. Very disorganized.You are SO much better the the stores at Telegraph canyon rd near the 805 or the store at 3 rd avenue and Naples.Yea, so you were worth the wait, but get it together people…..
Parking was close and readly available. Food was great good temp. Staff nice. Prices were good.
