My spouse and I recently had McDonald’s and ordered breakfast through the drive through window. Everything was great and they handed it over to us. We opened it up and I realized they had given me the wrong sandwich, I had ordered a bacon McGriddle (#5) with coffee and they gave me a sausage biscuit. So we swung back through the drive through and told them. With zero apologies, the lady at the first window told us to pull the the second window and ask them to make us a new one. We pulled to the second window and requested the sandwich we ordered originally and with hesitation they gave us one. When we received it, it was cold and dry. So we parked the car and went up to the window and told them it was cold. The manager then told them to make a new one. The employee complained to the manager and said “Another one?!” At this point we are both angry and just asked for a refund. Very unprofessional staff and very disappointed in the service we received here.

I'm not a big fan of McDonald's. Especially after reading Fast Food Nation. But my friend wanted to go there. I didn't get anything. The food dies not look like the advertised picture. It looked like it was just slapped together. But the place was clean and the staff was friendly.
More on keeping the place organize and crew members need to smile or ambience need more joy in . make the place a happy place since McDonalds is known for a place of lala land for kids and adults to
Food was fresh but employees aren't very focused when it comes to customer service. Errors were made on my order and orders of guests before and after me. This isn't the fast food place to come to if you're in a jam for quick food. (Unfortunately they're not so fast)
People here really nice. A couple weeks ago I ordered breakfast deal and didn't receive everything I was supposed to get. Visited next day to get doughnut bites, love those anyway I told Manager and she fixed up a whole new order of the Breakfast deal and gave it to me no change. She remembered the day before that I had left and did not get everything I was supposed to get. I loved her for that. Thank her and left a happy happy man. That pretty awesome of her to do that!!!E
It's convenient and they except EBT but only if you go inside I mean besides that it's in ok place
The coffee is greasy and the milk is bad. I asked for straws when the drinks were delivered and they asked me if I used them? lol if I asked it was for a reason lol. I need them.
So far the best one I've gone too! They got my order right! The dude with the little mermaid tattoos is on point too! Really nice guy!
