Worst McDonald's I've been to. Came in at 405 am, waited 10 mins. Someone finally came to help me but she said the registers weren't open. Took my order (2 sausage mcmuffins) and then never came back up front. 15 minutes later and she never came back. There's nobody even in here and all the kids in the back are laughing joking. I'm leaving...
Good but always have to wait (park the car) for the food Tobe ready (drive thru)
Got double charged on a mobile order because the kids working the register couldn't figure things out and swiped my card twice. I should have never given them my credit card to swipe again when I had already paid via the mobile app. Lesson learned. Also I was given the wrong order LOL, so the whole thing was just a total failure. Food was terrible too, but I expected that. Nobody goes to Mcdonalds because they are exercising self-love.
Love a good filet of fish sammie, but the cheese (half slice) is most often hanging off one side of the sammie and stuck on the box. Not sure why they can't center that slice
I went in last night with my brother so he can get some food. Because he just came out of work and he did not eat any thing. So we went around 2:40am and he ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets. And to my surprise one nugget was bitten out of. And there where what looked like a bunch of teenagers working so this just proves that they are immature to have a grown up job. But this won’t be left. I will be reaching out to corporate. Cause this is not okay.
Play Place is open. Bathrooms are very clean. Staff is super nice. They actually smile at you when presenting your order.
Even though I requested a burger fresh off the grill what I got was not hot enough to even melt the cheese. Not the first time this has happened at this location.
I eat here at least once a week for lunch and it's good. Fast service and I enjoy their sweet tea.
This McDonald's seems to really struggle with accuracy. There is almost always something wrong with the order and the employees are very lacking in the communicating department. Better off going to the McDonald's off of Birch.
