Oh Manna! This place was buzzing with people!! It was great! I've been to the Convoy location. But, this was closer to home. The service was quick and courteous and it was fun cooking our own food at our table! The staff was absolutely professional, experienced in service, and very kind. And, the food was just the way we like it! (Because we cooked it!??) DEFINITELY recommend!!
Pretty good place other than the wait time, you have to sign into a list on a tablet for them to call you, there have been times where it was like a 2 hour wait so be prepared for that.

To start, The wait is long for a Wednesday, can’t imagine what a weekend is like. After the 45 minute wait we were seated and our drink order was taken fast, being a big party, the drinks took a while to arrive(understandable). Our selection of meats were brought fast and we were on a roll to barbecue. Everything was tasty! The staff seems to work as a team, every other team member checked on our table, but may need to improve on that. Overall, we’ll worth the buck!
It's the local KBBQ place. It's better than other KBBQ, because they've had years to figure out their menu and service model.The expensive menu is worth it, The meat is good quality.Service can be slow on bad days, but the waitstaff is always helpful and accommodating.Photo is of the expensive steak(forgot name) off the A1 menu and assorted vegetables.)

Great meats and sauce is a sweet delight. Prices were good and services was great.
Very good food, but service problems ruined the whole visit for me and the group I was with.The initial seating and service was fine, although I personally felt we were being rushed. We got our starting items and started cooking. Up until that point it had been fine, but my friend noticed that our waiter had vanished. Thats when the problems started.Like most KBBQ places they have a button which when clicked calls your waiter to you. I must have clicked that button 20 times over the course of 40 minutes to still get no response. One of the members at my table had to stop a waitress who was walking by to get service for us. The raw meat was also given in paper bowls which were disintegrating right in front of us. The grill also started burning from the meat juices, creating a ton of smoke. The smoke got so bad I had to turn off the cooker and poured some water on it to cool it down.Overall it was a very poor experience, I will not be going to this restaurant ever again.
Food is good but the service ruined my appetite. I felt rushed and it took forever to get what I asked for. They would get 5 stars if the service wasn't so horrible and inconsiderate.
