Highly recommend this restaurant. It's really difficult to find great salt and pepper wing and roasted duck but this place is by far the best in Eastlake amd maybe in SD. Service is also top notch.
Excellent food and excellent service. Casual atmosphere and fresh just made food. You must try it. By the way, they have the hot mustard I love. ??
I am giving this restaurant a low rating because of the indifference in service. Twice I came here and was ignored. The first time, one of the female servers asked me for my number (because I ordered for pickup) but then she first served another man's pickup order when he requested his (after I was asked), not to mention that she was taking her time. During the second visit, I was first in line and one of the male servers proceeded to assist a man behind me. I was standing right there. How could he not see that I wasn't yet helped? Additionally, the noodles aren't delicious. They’re as greasy as Otay Mandarin’s but with less flavor.
They have their ups and averages, but their appetizers are amazing. Garlic chicken wings are the best in CA.
Best Chinese food in the southbay!!! This is my go-to place for Chinese and I’m never disappointed! Place is clean, food is amazing and the owner is great! I’ve recommended this place to all my family and friends and they were all very pleased as well. Food is delicious and comes in huge portions!!! My favorite is their salt and pepper chicken wings and their chow mein. Every time I try something new on the menu I’m always pleasantly surprised! There’s other places in Southbay that are good too but it doesn’t compare to this place! (Also the other places are very dirty and it’s kind of a turn off for me). It makes me feel good knowing they keep up with staying very well sanitized! This will always be my favorite Chinese restaurant.
FOOD IS OKAY PRICES ARE NOT.We called in for pickup. Inquired about lunches/combos. Spoke to 2 people none mentioned the party trays. It was evening so had to order a la carte.It is very hard for me to leave this review because I work in the food industry and I understand the prices of product are trough the roof. This place however gave us the surprise of our lives. We ordered one Cantonese chicken, one orange chicken one order of rice and one order of chow mein. Was expecting a ticket of about $45. Never asked for prices, we don’t usually do that, we eat out a lot and also frequent other Chinese restaurants.We were extremely surprised by the $63 check.Turns out an order of chow mein is almost $14 and rice is $13.25It wasn’t more than maybe 8-12 oz in each portion.That’s obscene.
Great food portions are good.Will do a special custom order if you request.Not all prices are on line menus they are a bit pricey.
Best Chinese food in Otay Ranch. Food quality is good, service is always good. Salt and Pepper chicken is delicious.

We always come here for salt and pepper wings since they open. Taste never change. It’s my favorite Chinese place in Chula Vista!
