The Broth used forbthe Ramen could use an improvement, but let me tell you about their customer service, EXCEPTIONAL! ??☝️?‍?Greeted us as soon as we walked in.The waiter was very knowledgeable when i asked what he can recommend for us since its our first time at their restaurant, didnt give us an attitude.It was an enjoyable experience eating Ramen at this place because you will feel like a family and they treat you with respect. ??Their sushi are delicious as well .

First off I came with my boyfriend on a Saturday night and the place was not busy at all ,2-3 tables.There was no person up front and were standing there along with another couple for about 15 minutes.We finally get seated and it was at the back of the restaurant next to the couple waiting with us.Immediately I could smell the bathroom(pee)from my table and was absolutely disgusted.The couple next to us then asks us if we could smell it too as we tell them most definitely yes.The table was sticky as well as the seats.We try and give them a chance and stay and simply ask for a table change.We get the table change as well as the couple next to us and the servers didn’t come offer us any drinks, nothing for about 15 minutes while they were just standing around talking.The couple next to us left but we didn’t (which we should have at this point).Then we order appetizers and then another server comes takes our order.Our order came first and still had no drinks or appetizers.We complain about the appetizers and once they got to our table they were cold.We told them we didn’t want them anymore and didn’t take it off our bill.Horrible service and health inspectors need to close this place down for good.The servers were eating while handling customers foods and all the place is just sticky and gross.No idea how this place is open!!!I had came with my family before and had the same experience with the food not coming or being cold but the cleanliness of the restaurant is what makes me want to never come back.

The service here was top tier. I went in a group of four ,and we were quickly helped along with the food coming at a speedy rate. Our servers were extremely kind, friendly and patient with us ,and ontop of all of this were extremely polite. I would highly recommend coming here for speedy and delicious food, kind and considerate servers, and an overall good time :)

Place was very dirty and the staff had plenty of time to clean as they were all just hanging around as friends. Our food was forgotten and sat on the counter for 15minutes. The food was good but the service and experience needs major improvement. Staff need to be a little more serious and respectful on the job. There should be assigned roles and no hanging out while on the job.

Sushi/seafood was not fresh. Service and wait time was below par. Kept forgetting our orders and mixing them up even when business was slow. When we got our checks and asked to split the bill, they couldn’t get it right. Felt instantly sick with bubble guts after taking 3 bites of the Volcano…should have known. On top of bad service, bad food, they automatically add an 18% tip to the bill and leave a space if you plan to tip them more. 10 out of 10, would not recommend.

Service at entrance was horrible. The place is filthy, looked like it hadnt been swept or dusted in awhile. Waitress very rude, no smiling, eye contact or welcoming in. Just stood there yawning. Waiter that brought us our food was very kind. The food was excellent though!

This is one of my all time favorite ramen shops I haven't had anything I didn't absolutely love.

Do not order sushi from here delivered as they charged a 6.99 fee, plus delivery fee. They didn't give me ginger or washbi sauce. It was awful tasting. I paid $19.65 for this awful tasting sushi

Service was terrible, took 15min to get them to take our drink order. We got our food before our drinks! We were ALL done eating and they brought out the last dish for one of our guests. Edamame took 20min to bring out, because "it was steaming". Hope you all staff up and at least communicate with patrons instead of leaving them in the dark.

Get rid of the uber eats/door dash and take care of the long line at the door. The servers are too new to even understand what step is next. It is easier to focus on online orders than to take just the drink order of a table. We have sat here for 30 minutes and a request from the bar just for a measle of attention. The chefs have sat idle for the past 20 mins as our orders have not been taken. Neither as anyone else in the whole restaurant.
