Haven’t been to Jamba in awhile but I had to return to try their new plant based menu. There menu has definitely progressed and changed over time, no longer offering mango a go go. However The watermelon breeze and smooth talkin mango (with extra mangoes) are delicious and extremely refreshing plus an excellent alternative. Clean location, great customer service yet a little slow. But overall good friendly, outgoing staff. Plenty of outdoor seating available. Make sure to download the app to accumulate points for $$$ off. Will return in the future

If you like fruit juices and like to be healthy jamba is the place to go

I have been a fan of Jamba juice for over 20 years and have visited many of them across the country. The overall quality of food and drink here is consistent, but the attitude of the staff is an embarrassment. I find them to be very condescending very dismissive and really unwilling to accommodate special requests. Though they do do them, it feels like pulling teeth to ask them to modify any recipe. Finally another location opened up nearby and they have the exact same problem. Not sure if this is a new trend with Jamba juice corporate or if the local franchisee is influencing the attitude of the employees. Would only recommend if you absolutely have to get your juice fix.

I love Jamba Juice however I do like to try new drinks so I stood off to the side to try and figure out what I wanted while the whole time I felt rushed so eventually I just went with my usual. Nahyle I believe was her name(it was spelled weird on her hat) she was at the cash register on January 24th 2021 on Sunday around 3ish was extremely rude had such a disrespectful tone. Customer service seriously needs some work.

The cashier(young black girl) was very pleasant but her co-worker extremely rude and terrible tone to her voice.....I WILL NEVER EVER SUPPORT JAMBA JUICE at the Eastlake location
