the tall white guy who took the drive through orders on may 31st 2022 (i don’t know his name but he was a younger guy) was being wayyy too disrespectful, actually made me mad but i just didn’t say anything. It wouldn’t even be that bad if it was just me but it was my mom, usually i don’t let these things get to me but he just want too far. Basically shooed us away and didn’t even let her finish ordering. Then he just pushed the food bag out the window.

First time at this Jack in the Box. Had to wait before I ordered and I wish I had timed it. It was taking forever so I said, "You're still there, right?" Then suddenly a lady replies with what can I get you. So.....does this mean you guys could have helped me sooner but ya forgot I was waiting???? So far San Diego has TERRIBLE drive thru service!
I just went to jack in the box drive through, and I don't know what the workers name was, or if she was a manager, but she took my order very rudely, and was very unprofessional, she practically through my food in my face. From the moment she took my order she had a bad adittude, I ordered a sourdough patty melt and to top it off, after all her little episode, she gave me a regular cheese burger instead of the sourdough patty melt. And it was cold. I mean, really? I'm putting a bad review on Yelp.
For the Ump-teenth time I have received a incorrect order. In the attempt to call the store they NEVER answer and the call is sent to vm and NO ONE has ever returned a call back!!! No one want to drive way back to the store after realizing their food is not what they ordered and charged way more money then expected. I swear I hate this JNtB!!!
Everything was great! The coffee was super sweet and a little thiccy wicky tho :/
I don't understand the hype. The food is pretty nasty. What's with the garbage box of mini tacos? Bleh!

Great place to grab something quick when you're short on time. One of the better fast food places.
This place is an amazing restaurant they do there best on completing the order in such a shorty time. What I don't understand is that there is people the complain about the littlest thing. There for they think it's ok to give a bad review because it's a little burnt or my fires are a little cold. If people are going to be complaining then cook at home and problem solved! Please understand working in a fast food restaurant is not easy especially when your expected to get the order out under 3mins and it's difficult when employees don't come in for there shift making others do double shifts and don't see there families. The franchise company dont really look out for there employees as people think they do. So if you think you can do better please go to any jack in the box and apply and see if you can do any better. Then give your opinion. Thanks
