I’d gave this place a zero star. There is a long line on the drive thru and barely people inside ordering. I ordered through JackInthebox mobile app, and pickup at the counter. They had me waiting for 20 mins and tend to prioritize drive thru. Besides waiting for 20 mins, they still messed up my order, I was missing one Double Jack and fries, but gave me the drink, I think the supervisor(he) did it on purpose. Also, these crew member do not wash hand after taking order and handling money. In addition, the tabletops are dirty and the floor. Please have this place check out by health department. If no one accommodates this mistakes they will keep doing it until customer retaliate. Horrible service tried to call them no one answered.
Average, typical fast food nothing more nothing less... In response to Jack.. To be more specific. Jack in the box was my go to place for fast food. But for the past 2-3 years it has fallen a bit. The remodel is great but the food started too become sloppy and then the veggies started to look unsatisfying.. my go to order was 2 jumbo jacks medium Dr pepper and 4 monster tacos for later. But even the tacos went below the standard. The lettuce was decreased the nacho cheese became burger cheese.. everything felt different. I understand it's more cost efficient but it lost the whole satisfaction of eating from there. Sorry Jack, it was great for me for a time..
That's for the Jack in the Box of Palm Ave. The one on the corner by the dollar tree store. It's worth the drive down there to get your lunch or ? break they're very nice and polite to get your food hot and ready to go the dining room is very decent as well. The only thing that they don't have is the soda fountain is not in use, they are just serving drinks per order
I ordered two Munchie Meals: one with the Cluck and the other with an Ultimate Cheeseburger.After waiting for 20 minutes, I got my food wrong. Both burgers were Ultimate Cheeseburgers but with only one patty instead of two. When I went to tell an employee about one of the burgers, he kept staring at me bewildered and confused. After bringing up the second burger’s mistake, he did not apologize and rather just proceeded to speak with his manager in Spanish and turned his back on me.Horrible customer service, horrible food, this Jack-In-The-Box got a makeover but sadly that’s all it got. It’s aesthetic improved from the 90s but it’s employees have been made into pathetic excuses of customer service. I’ve received better customer service at the DMV on a Friday afternoon.

Food and service were great. Very clean. My favorite JITB in Chula Vista. Terrific tacos and chocolate shakes
Friendly employees and great food. Just added a Patty Melt to the menu, but I love the Breakfast Jack. Ham, egg, & cheese sandwich for less than three bucks, plus they serve it at all hours of the day. My favorite!
Always a hit or miss with my Uber eats/door dash orders hopefully with the remodel and new personel it gets better.
Not crowded like the one on Palomar. Nice people that get orders right. A+
