I came in two weeks ago, and there was a new employee who didn't knowor understand what I was saying! At the end, they messed up on my order, I went back in and the young girl who had long nails and eyelashes ignored me knowing something was wrong, she came up to me and said "WHAT HAPPEN" First of all, you has an employee should answer like that, she has a very ugly attitude!! Told her the problem and she didn't even bother to apologize or take the opportunity to say anything! That was the last time I'm going to this place, Sadly! I've never had a problem with them until that day. Now, I go somewhere else for my lunch like MC-DONALDS ?!
We went here to have a talk and have some coffee and breakfast. The lady who attended us was very kind and willing to help. Very nice! The food is great but small portion, I know that is not the staff's fault lol. But the food was good and the service was excellent! I always carry cash just in case, you never know right? I will be back to have otro breakfast jack... mi favoritos!!!
Some people here really don’t care . Some do and the food will show. Hit or miss for sure. On a good day it’s good food or day time is normal. I’ve had great encounters with the staff and horrible ones. I just want food
First off, the credit card machine apparently wasn't working so it was cash only. Who still carries cash nowadays? Luckily I found $5 in my car. Not enough for the chicken sandwich I intended to eat. So I went with a (normally) solid backup, the egg rolls...As you can see from the pictures, they were not only fried WAAAAYYYY too long, they were burnt to a crisp on one end.
This location constantly gives me the wrong items. I have had multiple bad experiences with this location including my food being burnt, the oil from the frying tasting old and having chunks of black all over the fries, tacos and anything fried. Today I went and ordered a few things one item wasn't given to me which I payed for. I called to let the manager on site know I didn't receive the item and they offered to give me a replacement of what I had ordered which I didn't do because who really wants to go back when they should of had it right the first time around. The manager was nice and apologized I also mentioned my tacos didn't come with sauce on them which they normally come with. She apologized for that as well and I told her I didn't want anything I just wanted to let her know what happened so they can prevent it from happening again.
Usually its good.. I order two sourdough grilled chicken and got two sourdough.. I didnt bother to call I didnt even get a receipt their was a lady taking the order at the beginning of the drive thru ...I want to add my order was reimbursed spoke to a gentlman over the phone and got more than what I had originally ordered... Second time around. Staff was friendly order was delicious.. Thank you for caring about your customers ...

Horrible serviceLast time and the only time I'm going to this location the lady in the drive thru was rude we told her we had a mobile order she said 4 tacos and fries and we were yes we got that and she tried to charge us I'm like we pay online and she talked back to us telling us that is why I told you if you ordered that yes we did order but we don't have the fault two orders are similar and she gets confuse . We were explained her the order named and she over talked
The drive thru line is incredibly slow every time and the line winds through the parking lot, blocking traffic. Going inside isn’t much better. You stand in line for quite a while. The lobby is a mess. The last time I went, we asked for our tables to be cleaned twice—they never got cleaned. So, we decided to move to a different table. Discovered that that wasn’t possible, because the rest of the vacant tables were dirtier than ours. There was a man loudly talking to himself and cursing for at least ten minutes. None of the employees said anything to him or asked him to leave. All around less than satisfying experience.
Food is always cold when I order from this location. Cheese wasn't melted and the meat was burnt and cold ? waste of money, the only thing that was decent was the tacos, probably because I requested them with no hot sauce.
