Drive thru service and employees are horrible. I went at 1030pm and waited for my mobile app order. When arrived at the window I waited for 5 mins until employee lady came out and asked what I ordered. I repeated my order and waited another 10 mins. I got home to find out that the employee lady put the wrong soda in my large drink (lost $3.00 there) and my large size curly fries were burnt and hard to eat (loss another 3.00) and I was missing 2/4 of my tacos. I called the store multiple times and no answer. Just rings and rings and voicemail. Only option I have is to write this review. Everyone stay on top on this store location. Review your food and drink before leaving drive thru. Slow service and employees do not pay attention to detail.

worst made sandwiches burnt curly potatoes! My hands still smell of the fat in which they are fried (they smell of old fat), which will not change soon! Very poor food quality I'm tired of this food and this fat?? ??

This jack is with it still the dining room open 24/7 that's what made jack the shi# the begin with and the staff here are nice bring but food to yr table with a smile and if u a little poor and ask for a water they just might hand you a soda that was gonna be thrown away anyways so just keep it up and this is the best jack in daygo hands down

Could have been better. Been here many times but unfortunately tonight was not that great. Had the cluck which was or seemed to be in the warmer longer than it should have. Unfortunately the Cluck was dry and the fries warm. Maybe next time!

I don't normally post reviews online, but this evening I received such exceptional service from Angel in the drive through that I promised him I would give him a shout-out. He provided exceptional customer service and was very attentive. I don't normally encounter employees of this caliber at restaurants in this price range.Thank you Angel!

It took us over 25 minutes in the drive thru to pick up our order. And the employees didn't even apologize. When I asked why was there such a long time he just replied everyone is ordering too much food. There were only 6 cars ahead of me. And I still had to wait 7 minutes at the window to get my food. Very disappointed with their service.

Employees couldn't get my order right. There was no bacon on my Bacon Ultimate cheeseburger. Not only that, but the buttery Jack did not come on its usual buttery bun, instead a plain bun. Pretty disappointing.

Over 30 bucks for fast food lunch. Could not even eat it. Chicken was super dry and was all bread. Fries were burnt and cold. How could that even happen. Tried calling restaurant directly but no one answered.

Same good food but smaller sandwich. Hardly worth the price. Mr Too Cool wouldn't speak loud enough and forgot my coffee.

I made the line at 2:35 AM. The line did not move for what seemed like ages. I had a friend a few cars before me and was understanding since it was a Friday night and busy. I finally pulled up to the speaker to order and no one greeted me. I wanted for a few minutes before pulling forward to the paying window. The person working the window placed a typed sign saying they were closed. I was shocked since I have always known this JBX to be 24/7 and no one notified me pr anyone else that they were ever close to closing soon. The customer service is HORRIBLE and JBX will not be for choice is anything going forward no mayyer how big or small the situation.
