Pathetic. In n out has longer lines than jack and still moves faster than this. I work late and just want a meal. Wait close to an hour and end up getting greeted by some poor tired employee with an attitude. I understand his frustration but this issue goes straight to management or corporate. Raise your wage if you wanna retain employees. I'm willing to pay more for my two tacos.
My 14 year old son likes the breakfast sandwich, I like the iced coffee Mocha. They are a super fast drive thru.

Jack in the Box was our go to fast food place when I was a kid because it was nearest to our house so it holds a special place in my arteries.The drive through took a while, but I'll chalk that up to a short staff during another COVID spike. My spicy cluck was really tasty and much preferred to the big name chicken sandwich place.
Kinda upset at this Jack in the box . Every time I come in there is lots of workers but nobody gets you . Then for them having all the workers nobody is in the front helping customers. I always have to ask can I place an order then get bad customer service by not being friendly and taking almost 20 min for some tacos and fries . Had to ask for my order and seems they forgot to do it . All those workers look lost back there not helping customers the right way . Last time I come to this place over it . Rather drive to the one on telegraph
I ordered thru the app 15 minutes ahead because I know they take forever. I wait another 15 minutes in the drive-thru line to find out once I get to the window that the order is not ready. This has happened twice already. The extra star is for the morning crew who has been fast and efficient.
Worse Jack's I've been. Arrived at 9:52 PM at the drive through with only 3 cars in line. Took them 40 plus minutes for 4 tacos and fries.

We've eaten here three times every time we eat here we get sick. We finally decided not to go to this restaurant anymore.
