It was a clean place , the coworkers were so nice and kind. They take my order so fast and it was right.The food take like 10 min and it was so delicious we love it.
I really do love the food here, but the customer service is awful. They make no exceptions with trying to accommodate. We got there at 10:36 wanting to place and order and nope! No budging. I explained that I had been trying to call to get through and place an order, so I physically came down instead. And still, nope. "We stopped taking orders at 10:30pm." I understand that at some point they have to close the kitchen, but in the spirit of being understanding, c'mon. Unfortunately their food is so good, I'll probably be back at some point, but apparently, not unless I have have a plethora of time to spare.
My girlfriend and I loved it it was such a great evening and the food was tremendous specially Hera the broth was spectacular and overall it has become our favorite spot in Chula Vista for great Ramen and Sushi. Definitely going back for a third, fourth and fifth time lol.
The food is great, unique flavors, I love the portions!I little pricey but still ok, you must know that the service sucks, they're really slow, this place is so busy that I feel like they need to hire more staff because the food takes forever to get.Anyway, I do recommend eating in here. ??

We visited this dinky little restaurant yesterday and were turned away dueto our 30 minute early arrival without a reservation. The restaurant was practically empty, but a lack of employees. We waited and then we were seated. Service was slow and food order was unfilled due to table server failing to take our order as given. Worst of all, food was not good, service was the absolute worst. There were notraditional free appetizers placed on the table that all other Japanese restaurant's provide while waiting for our food. One word for this hole in the wall is SUCKS!
Amazing food from this spot we happen to find on a whim and will definitely be back when in the chula vista area w the family
Came here with high expectations per others recommendations. For the long wait I expected a much better service and taste. Would not rule it out in giving it another try.

Best ramen spot in Chula Vista. Sushi is also really good. Staff is very friendly. I hope they can open the indoor seating soon so I can sit down and enjoy it fresh from the kitchen.
