I love this place and I’m so glad it has survived this pandemic. I have reacquainted myself with the food here with back to back weekend visits, and they have not disappointed. The menu is extensive, the food quality is incredible, and the staff is so incredibly friendly. Unlike Romesco where the prices go up, the portions are small and the quality is less desirable, this Italianissimo is the real deal if you are about eating good cuisine with a full plate. Please look at the dessert tray too. Looking forward to seeing the specials for next weekend. Grazie Mille!!
Food was Delicious and service was Fantastic ??
Great food and great service! The Calzone is huge and delicious. Also recommend the soup of the day, and the pesto gnocchi!
The family went here to celebrate my Niece's birthday. Our waiter provided great service, and the food was great. Will definitely will be coming back again!
My daughters and I like the restaurant. SURPRISINGLY, my girls love the bread with a little olive oil. I know I love the bread with both olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The bread has been freshly baked and perfectly crisped each time we eat here. My girls enjoy their red sauces and pasta dishes. To me they are good, but nothing special. I tried the Ravioli Funghetto and was just blown away (in a very good way) as to how delicious this meal was. The service has been excellent each time my daughters and I have gone. Overall this is a great place to go for good/great Italian food. 4 stars only because some of their red sauce pasta dishes are similar to other restaurants. The standouts are the other dishes. 5 stars for the bread and 5 stars for the service.
Though we were reluctant to sit at the bar, the friendliness of the staff made the experience pleasurable. Our waitress made us knowledgeable of our dishes and the history of the restaurant. We also made the acquaintance of the chef, Massimiliano who was gracious as we discussed his plates. We left feeling happy and satisfied.I highly recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant.
What a wonderful place to celebrate one of the 12 days of Christmas with my wife, a dear friend, and our service dog in training! Each of our dishes was a work of culinary art. The antipasto for two could have fed three or four. And the desserts were a great finish to time spent with loved ones.
Delicious! My first time there I ordered the bruschetta Toscana to start and Spaghetti Carbonara as my entree. Definitely will visit again to try more dishes. Husband ordered rack of lamb special. Great vegan menu as well!
I have traveled around the world including Italy. Because of this, I rarely find places with the same tastes and authenticity of the places I’ve visited. This is by far the best Italian restaurant I’ve been to in the states hands down. The food is delicious, very affordable, and tastes fresh. This is coming from someone who never writes reviews and is an extremely picky eater.Waiter: “Ma’am would you like a to-go box?” Me: Nope I’m gonna stuff it and and Worley about the consequences later ?
Great food and great service. The staff was wonderful. They took the time to make our party feel really special, and especially doted on my 9 year old son. We had the assorted appetizer, salmon entree, veal entree, a pizza and desert. Everything was excellent and everyone left the table feeling full and happy. We also ordered a bottle of Zinfandel, which I'm normally not a fan of, but went great with everything.I've now eaten here 4 or 5 times and it's one of my go to recommendations any time someone comes to visit. I can't recommend it enough.
