People have raved about in/out. I was not impressed with the cheeseburger I had. It was burned and very hard, like a hockey puck. The fries were ok, but I like McDonald's fries ? better. I would not recommend this place to a friend
I wasn't a fan of In-N-Out before but have since figured out what I do like (I ask for no secret sauce and request my fries light). The quality of their burgers is pretty decent. The lines are long but worth it late at night. Much better than most other fast food burgers out there.

Super super AWESOME customer service I love eating here, personnel is always smiling, place is always clean , food is always hot, fríes are fresh and hot never salty. Employees are always giving you eye contact when they help you who ever trained them is doing good job in regards how important is customer service. I stopped there yesterday around 8:15 8:30 pm and from the person that was cleaning the lobby trough the cashier, greeting greeting, smiles smiles awesome job during time that have had hard for everyone ❤️?
Perfect place to have a great meal!10/10 I recommend to go with enough time to order and find a place to sit. You need to know is a popular place and lots of people go all day (24/7). Has a good speed service.
Great service. Great food. They lost our shake order, then made us show a receipt to get it, but stuff happens. Overall, a pleasant experience
1st time trying In N Out. The store was packed! We were there around 1pm, guess it was lunch time...Not sure why there is so much hype about their burgers... it was basically a McDonald's hamburger. The special fries were not that great either... the sauce was ok but it made the fries soggy... I did like the pepper they gave, it pepped up the burger.I will give them this, the workers are nice and friendly :)I probably would not go to another In N Out again if there were other choices...
Food is ok but the fries taste like cardboard and they taste stale the food is too expensive and the lines are always to long, but the burgers are pretty good 3 stars
I was at this particular location nearly every day the two weeks leading up to Christmas and I really have to commend In-N-Out for always having such a smooth drive through process. No matter how long the line was I never waited more than 20 minutes total.The food is simply perfect and the service is always spot on.
