Love this place, just ordered the spicy mozzarella roll and its delicious!
The best sushi, lunch and dinner plates I ever had. Im so glad I found this spot. You must try it! Their eel sauce is the best.
Sushi wasn't fresh. You could tell it was frozen too long and it's more expensive than the average per roll.
The food was delicious. The Bomb roll lives up to it's name. Even though it was busy, employees were very polite and attentive.
Good service, good food. They have a few tables outdoors with heaters. It was a bit cold but bearable. The server was friendly. We had the spicy edamame and the Kalamari and they were both fresh and delicious. The dynamite sushi was good too. We were surprised to hear they were out of draft beer.
Ordered through uber eats, has been delayed for more than 1 1/2 hours. If you don't have the staff you should NOT accept the order. I understand there may not be enough staff but again you shouldnt take on the orders if you cant fulfill it. I called multiple times and staff was rude. Unfortunate because the food is good but the staff needs training on customer service.
The food is fresh and delicious. Friendly staffs. Love it!! Will come back often
I hate to write bad reviews but I though maybe I’ll help the owner to know the quality of the food was really bad and not appealing at all. The chicken has after taste in the chicken ramen and wings ( see picture ) And the whole thing has nothing to do with Japanese food.Plus the hot green tea normally served in the hot pot here you get small cup only for $2.75 .
Went in yesterday to pick up an order that I had ordered an hour before they told me it was ready when I got there it was not ready nor was it even prepared the gentleman behind the counter was very rude speaking Spanish to the waitress who was not wearing face mask and was also being very rude. This company should do an internal investigation with their employees. By the way you should not talk about your customers in Spanish a lot of the people here in the United States also speak Spanish and know exactly what is being said about them this is unacceptable these other reviews are right on when they say that this company has bad customer service experience
Outright horrible customer service experience. It is definitely a hit and miss on customer service at this location they're very rude and unprofessional. Sitting there waiting for your meal or even to get your drinks and they walk right by you as if you don't exist and then look at you and talk in Spanish as if you don't understand them. FYI a lot of us do speak both Spanish and English so be careful what you say about us in a different language.
