I admire this restaurant! They provide decent dishes, their menu is rich, The chef in that place is a professional, I love a lot eating all their food. The dishes are consistently fresh, the attitude towards the clients is efficient. I go often to this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend this place.

Been too to many IHOP's in the states all been awesome delicious no matter the price

This IHOP nails its core purpose. Fast food in decent quantities served with a smile. There is no outdoor seating so we sat inside and hoped our vaccinations held. They did. The portions are not huge. But what you get is well prepared and tasty. It was just enough. Our server Laura D was an inspiration. Relentless hustle with a winning attitude. We will return to this IHOP when we return to Chula Vista.

I asked my server to get my toast well done, but not to get the bread Burned, and butter on the side. Well, my bread wasn't well done and it has losts of butter on it. I asked another server if were possible to change my bread the way l asked, the the new bread was tottaly burned that l can even eat it. Bad service.

Our waitress was nice and friendly she seemed like she was fairly new but they took forever to bring out our food. People who came in after us had got their food before us. Waffles were cold and bacon wasn’t cooked all the way.

I came in this morning happy to order s steak and eggs and to my surprise when they bring my food obviously I asked for steak sauce and they day don't have any most horrible experience who wants a steak with no sauce completely ridiculous so freaking pist

I attempted to order online with a coupon but I kept getting an error. I called and asked if they would honor the discount - the woman that answered said she would ask and then accidentally hung up on me instead placing me on hold. I called again and explained the error message that I was getting on the website and he told me to come in and they will give me the discount.After I arrive, I show them my online cart and they take my order. The person taking my order had to get help from the guy who appeared to be the manager. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts at adding the discount codes they advise me that the code must be for that restaurant.What a waste of time for everyone involved, including the heap of customers that sat around while these 2 kept trying to type in the same code over and over again. I told them I called ahead to make sure I wouldn't waste my time or gas but they ended up doing that anyways.I asked them 'about how long it would be' and they answered "15 minutes". I came back 20 minutes later and they said they'd check on my order. From the kitchen I hear that they still need to make the pancakes.After another approximate 10 minutes they bring my order out. When I get home I realized they didn't hear me completely nor did copy my online cart correctly because 1 of my pancake orders was a la carte. Besides the undercooked bacon, the food was good, but the tres leches drizzle was more like a little squirt.

Dined in. I suggest y'all keep in mind places are reopening after the mess covid created. So expect allot of new employees they might get your food right then it might be wrong but be patient.
