Been here more than a few times now and it’s been consistently good each time. All the workers are nice and food is yummy. They have a sign that says they have “the best boba in town” and I gotta say I enjoy it. It has been fresh and soft each time I get it. My fave is their recent addition and that’s the egg sando with either spam or bacon. I’ll definitely be back for more.

1st time having homemade milk bread, really good. I had breakfast sandwich scrambled eggs, bacon cheese w/ Avocado. Not a big fan of the scrambled egg lil to fluffy for me, I prefer fried egg on breakfast sandwiches. The side of fries were great nice & seasoned well.My girlfriend chicken sando (sandwich) it good chicken was breaded & fried juicy & tender.Teas were good I had wintermelon & my girlfriend had lychee tea with boba

No public restroom at this location. Just a sink for you to wash your hands. The coffee and milk teas are super cheap at $3.75. Crafted teas $4, fruit teas $6.50, and smoothies $5.50.The first time we came, we only got drinks. I got the wintermelon milk tea and it was super sweet! I could taste the brewed tea leaves but I feel like the tea is already pre made and all they do is pump in winter melon syrup. My bf got the honey milk tea and same thing. It was tea, milk and drizzled in pumps of honey. You can see it on the side while you mix it but it was super sweet. We came back the second time and got the limited edition miso pork sando ($10.96) and katsu curry pork plate ($12.50). Made it a combo by adding lavender milk tea (+$3) and Vietnamese coffee (+$3). This time, I asked for 25% sweet. It was perfect! We also added fries (+$1.50) and a side cup of curry (+$2.50) to the combo. For a place that’s a so-called fast food sit down eatery, the food was pretty good. The miso pork sando came with 2 pork slice and it came with a side of miso. You can drizzle that on but not too much because it’s really concentrated and can be salty. The red cabbage balanced that out along with the daikon and the homemade Japanese milk bread was a perfect match. It tastes even better with a spoonful of curry on top. Curry taste better with everything like dipping the fries. The katsu plate was delicious. Breading was on point. It came with curry on the side for you to pour on for your liking. I would like to come back to try the breakfast sando.

Excellent quality and service! My husband ordered the Vietnamese coffee, iced. He is usually picky about these, but this one he loved. I got the brown sugar milk slushy with boba. Awesome! We also took our kids and their friends and they enjoyed their drinks as well. The place is small but decor is very cute. The gentleman who took my order was very attentive and courteous. We didn't get a chance to order food this time but we will definitely come back.

So so good :) I got the chicken Sando and it was delicious!!! The chicken was nice and crispy and the bread is sooooooooo good !!! The milk bread. Definitely must try place in Chula Vista !!! Finally a Japanese Sandwich!!! Would recommend!! Already been there twice.

The first bite of the pickle daikon was awesome and only had high hopes for the sandwich. The first bite had great taste but there was something a bit off, and when I looked closer I found that they had used the end piece of the loaf with the crust hidden up against the katsu. Sad face. My rating was based on their cheapness trying to save money by giving me a chewy, all crust, inside my sandwich instead of using two proper slices of bread.

This is the ultimate hidden gem kinda place in Chula Vista. Small family owned spot, out of the way, and the food is amazing. The spicy chicken katsu sandwich is spicy but flavorful and doesn’t burn your mouth, the bread is made in house and is slightly sweet, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. Like it was just made for your order. And it’s really reasonably priced. Cheaper and better than any alternatives in the area like Panera or Firehouse.

Very nice restaurant! It had a chill vibe to it and really nice food. They said their Pork Katsu was freshly cooked and I definitely believe them. It was crunchy, juicy and delicious.

Was expecting more. Looked like they were trying to train the cook. The milk bread was burnt was hard and dry like toast. The Katsu pork was hard and tough to chew. The coleslaw was dry almost like it was just shredded cabbage. My kids really like this place. Will try again and hopefully they will have a more experienced cook and the food will be much better.

Delicious!!! I got the shrimp katsu Sando! It was such a new way for me to experience Japanese food that I already loved!! ! I love 35 min away but will be making another trip down here again ! The milk tea and bubbles were delicious too!
