I'm a vegetarian and this restaurant did not disappoint. I got noodles and vegetables. The portion was huge and the different types of vegetables was wonderful. Will be going back to Golden Mandarin!
The first time I visited the location 3 weeks prior the food preperation and taste was great. Unfortunately, when visiting this location during my last visit to the San Diego area, my food was less than desirable. The chicken fried rice was not prepared well as their was no taste. The Bar-B-Q pork appeared old and with not a lot of flavor. The lemon chicken sauce was watered down. The food was gross and did not match the cost. I will not dine again as the inconsistency of food quality is too great.
If i remember correctly this place is on its third owner and the quality has gone down each time. The food is not worth the price.The quantity of food is decent but who wants a bunch of "ok" food. This does not have dine in and i doubt it's ever coming back.Went back 3 times recently to give it a chance and the last thing i ordered was teriyaki chicken. It was absolutely the worst i have ever had. Instead of a grilled and diced up chicken meat i was given thin strips of chicken that looked boiled with bad rice.Not going back again.
Go here all the time, food is always good. Even my very picky mexican mother loves the food. They have huge portions and their prices are average. It used to be a lot cheaper before covid. Service is also great, ladies are super nice and always ask if I need any extra sauces.
Honestly I had high expectations from this place. Since everyone I knew was hyping it up. But unfortunately I didn’t get the hype. The food was sadly salty and not enjoyable at all. The workers were very kind though. It probably was a rough day. Hope that next time I’ll have a better experience (food wise). ☹️
Delicious. I eat here quite often. Food is always fresh, tasty and delicious. Highly recommend. Nice peoppe and good customer service.

This use to be my neighborhood spot for Salt & Pepper Chicken wings, as well as other menu items. I always spend between $55 to $65 at a time, but over the last few years, the quality of the food has really gone downhill.This week, we threw over $50 worth of food into the trash. I don't know what happened to the cook they use to have, but who ever is cooking now, just lost a loyal customer.
