I came in with high expectations because my boyfriend told me he likes this spot. I ordered tostilocos and was extremely dissapointed with the presentation. They serve you CHUNKS of pepino and jicama, also the cueritos were huge. the taste was mediocre at best, won’t be coming back.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Customer service needs to improve. I ordered a turkey sandwich for my kids without jalapeños, tomatoes, or onions. I come home and see that they put jalapeños, which isn’t something I can just remove, the spice stays there and my kids have sensitive tummys. So I had no other choice but to drive back and get it fixed. I requested a refund in addition for my time and gas wasted on the trip (which is not cheap right now and I have a V8) but the lady refused and said all they do is switch it whenever the customer can come back. She had the nerve so say “that’s why I always tell everyone to check.” Well,1.She gave me my food the first time and never advised me to check.2. The ticket order had it written out, so no b**** that’s your job. You have to check the food twice before packing it. Otherwise, soon you’ll be sued for sending someone to the hospital for giving them something they are allergic to.They don’t show they care about their customers, thats how they’ll loose many.And by the way, they also keep the one they messed up on which they have to throw away. I could lhave given it to someone in need on my way home.
Very rude and poor service for such an expensive place, very disappointed in their customer service. Employees were very un polite and didn’t show manners towards customers. I would not recommend this place at all. (If you don’t like your job find another one.)
I am not a fan of their customer service, they are very slow but I keep coming back because food is good. Today I called to put in an order and I stayed on the line for 10min and no one came back to me, they do not have the hold option so I could hear that they did not have any customers in front of them. If you guys don’t plan of taking phone orders better just remove the phone. I am very frustrated at them right now.
Tortas are great but terrible customer service. Just because you don't ask for the torta the way they want I get attitude as a customer... her words " soy la tortera" meaning I make the tortas this is the way you have to order ...now I'm afraid they won't make my food correctly just because I order the torta my way?
The tortas are great but you are gonna wait a minimum of 25min for a sandwhich. You are better off spending your time elsewhere unless you have time to kill. Even if you order a juice or smoothie expect to wait 15minutes minimum
I usually go to frutas for their juices and their tortas. Today I got a green juice, it was even juiced the veggies were just blended. After a few sips I realized the off taste was of rotten vegetables. I couldn’t even finish my drink. Sometimes they have really awesome food and drink and others not at all. Two stars for inconsistency and serving rotten veggies.
