Placed order over the phone. They didn’t give me the complete order. Never apologized for mistake. “Manager” Neva was grossly rude, confrontational and argumentative. Disgusting behavior from anyone in the service industry. She hung up the phone. They are thieves. They refused to give me my money back saying they could give me a “credit”. I don’t want a credit from somewhere where Im treated rudely for THEIR mistake. Never going back again. Disgusting service. Stay AWAY!!!
The pizza was excellent! We stayed at the Hotel Milagro next door and was very convenient! The lasagna meat sauce was tasty and the bread was nice and soft!
Still a great place for Italian Food!! All tasty and delicious. Whatever you order. Well served portions. Great for family meals! Well worth your money! Still a Favorite!
Generally, Filippi's restaurant chains have delicious Italian cuisine and great pizza! Service is good, but they're popular and foods is cooked fresh, so be prepared to wait a bit.
Been a customer of Filippi's for 40+ years. Ordered a sausage sandwich and they gave me a meat ball sandwich. Figured they would make good on it so I took the sandwich back two days later. Chubby woman with an attitude named Inez told me that I had to complain that same day and bring it back the next day. She asked me what I was doing for two days. Would not make good on their mistake. Being elderly, things are getting difficult to understand. But a little bit of courtesy towards customers would be appreciated. Filippi's, you have been better than this and you can do better.
This review is about the food, not the wait staff! They were attentive and checked on us a few minutes after we got our food, and our drinks were kept filled$69 for a 2 topping pizza, 4 sodas and pasta bowl for 1. Pizza dough was a hard chew, the pasta was bland, and the Italian sausage was also bland.Not coming back.
This order was a treat for an amazing family who went thru hell and needed a slice of heaven. Filippi's is a part of the comfort food this family needed. We ordered 2 large Pizzas, one The Works, One Pepperoni, 4 Lasagnas, 2 large salads (comes with sour dough bread and each feeds 4 ppl), 6 orders of garlic bread.If you see the amazing pizza, you can imagine the Lasagna!(Sorry I was in a rush and didn't realize the photos weren't focused. We'll order for the family down the line and do an update!)
I dont know if I was starving when I came in, but I definitely wasn't when I came out. Pizza amazing top 3 in my book. Meatballs amazing top 3 again and what can I say about the cannolis, unreal. I would make it a must stop if you are in the area. Also the staff was great, they even sold me pizza dough and sauce to try and recreate the pizza for someone who couldn't tag along on the trip. Sublime in my opinion
A Fit for a King Medium and Alfredo Fettuccine with chicken. Is what I ordered to go. 49.50 is the price... that will be the last time I order from Fillppis.I noticed your portions eating in are larger than the ones you order to go. It doesn't matter. Never will I set foot again in. Besides, Venice pizza house is way better.
We 'liked' this place at one time and ate here everytime we came to visit family. But never again!! We had placed our order, my wife and I ordered the same meal, all orders came out but my wife's. The server responded with "it'll be right out". Other orders came out around us (whom ordered after us) then the server came back and said "they made a mistake and only made one chicken parmigiana" when the order on the ticket stated 'two'. So my wife just requested to cancel her order cause it was already taking to long. They tried to accommodate their mistake with a $10 gift card. But it will never be used cause I will never support this business again!
